I noticed an old site www.senditeasy.com has had a revamp and the booking systems and prices (£6.64 plus vat) look the same as www.parcelbroker.co.uk who I use currently.

Anyone got any ideas whether these are owned by the same company? The Ltd company names for both the websites are different though?

I arrange a collection for a DHL Service from one of the resellers etc and I'm not in when they come to collect it?

Can I get my money back or have I blown it and it's tough luck?

It's worth a try to get the money back, i've missed a couple of collections before with DHL and when I called to say I was out, the guy just said no problem, we'll re-book for tomorrow!

OMG, once again I've been away and return to bedlam.
I cannot believe how many resellers sites are now closed/undergoing maintainance/not working etc.
What the hell is going on?
Who is the cheapest (and more important still functioning) now?

Direct Parcel Distribution are the cheapest, followed by freightsearch.

I expect I know what your thinking on DPD, but we're using them for USA etc. and they're fine.
