I'm sure they do use royal mail - I certainly don't recall it being shipped by courier or requiring a signature.

I closed my Priority Club Rewards Visa some months ago. Today i received a statement.

I called customer services to check the account was closed and was told, yes, it is closed and sorry about a statement being sent in error.

Well done Barclaycard !! (They operate the branded card).

Great use of customer data!
