Looks like its only 10months free now
but if you have the PDF that states the other offer is on all purchases until 31.1.06
Worth a try?
if you want the pdf they are all on the link website.
Go to customer services- cash back offers- press go. Then click on the relevant month. This offer for this is near the bottom of the page with the £150 cheque back. Right click on save picture as, and then save to your drive.
If like for me it would not let you print it, then go to where you have saved on the hard disk and right click the link and press print, don’t open the file.
Hope this helps0 -
i bought the e530 with the cashback available after 12, 18, 24 months.
since then they put another form up with cashback available after 6, 9, 12 months.
since i bought the phone on 17/12/05, this falls within the dates specified on the 2nd form, so can i assume i can use this 2nd form?
the problem is if if I am not allowed, the link may not return my original bills.
i have emailed the link but no reply
thanks for any help0 -

You have to send a copy of your receipt to The Link for each portion of the cashback. They may well relate your cashback to the type of the offer available when you ordered it. But on the other hand, they may not do that! As you would be claiming prior to your designated dates, it might be worth a try. The only sticky point might be that you have to send the bills in to them. So if it didn't work you would need second copies of the bills. Copies might not do, ie they may want the originals.0 -
it does state that they want originals0

On the cashback claim form it states:
"For each you will need to submit a copy of your receipt, plus copies
of the network bills from the months specified, along with the
relevant completed form."
..............so it seems that copies will do?0 -
as i ordered through quidco, how long should i wait for the tracking to show up?0

anybody had any luck getting their money back??0

Im wondering about the cashback too, Do they accept online bills or paper bills it does not say? Also the terms say you must be still connected until you receive cashback so really the contract is 12/18months etc + a month to receive the last cashback cheque.
If anyones had any luck please let me know.0 -
My contract is for 18 months. On the one I'm on you make the last of 3 claims at the 12 month point, so I would still be connected anyway.0

I bought a Samsung e530 on 01 January 2006 that was available from The Link on a T-mobile contract (relax 200 - 18 months). The offer was for 12 months free line rental plus an extra £150 cashback - a pretty good deal in my opinion.
The contract was for 18 months at £29.00 per month but with months 1, 2, 3, 16, 17 and 18 all charged at half-price by T-mobile. So effectively I get 3 months of free line rental from T-mobile and the remainder comes in the form of cashback from The Link.
By my reckoning the cashback from The Link should be (9*29)+150 = £411 which is supposed to be paid in 3 installments of £137 by The Link. As usual with these offers you have to comply with ALL the requirments of the "Terms and Conditions". This includes submitting a correctly completed claim form along with all the necessary documentation within a certain time period of receiving your 6th, 9th and 12th airtime bills from T-mobile. There is a pre-printed claim form for each claim; the first of which is entitled "£137.00 Chequeback - Available after 6 months - LKD05-224 ST1". This has to be posted to an specific address which includes the words "The Link LKD05-224 ST1 Chequeback Promo", as the first line of the address.
My 6th months airtime bill was dated 05 June 2006 so I submitted the claim form and documentation a few days later using recorded signed for delivery to make sure that it was delivered correctly.
Today I received the cheque from The Link - FOR £60.00, NOT THE £137.00 THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO PAY - what a bunch of Muppets.
Have you noticed that whenever cashback/chequeback promotions are operated, even when you comply with all the requirements of the "small print", the Companies involved always make "errors" which are to their advantage - leaving the customers short-changed.What goes around - comes around.
Give lots and you will always receive lots.0
