Can anyone answer this? The contract is 18 months on Relax 200. On TMobiles website I can't find this tariff on the 18 month packages, it only appears on the 12 month packages. Also I note that on the tariffs that they charge 50p per minute to access Customer Services, ie to find out how many minutes you have left will cost 50p per minute.
Also we will be faced with the debacle of if TMobile send us a bill for part of a month and then the whole of the following month on the first bill, then is this bill number one and two for purposes of cashback from The Link, or is it bill number one?

Help and advice, I have a question, then typing customer service, the top question was as below.
Why have I been charged to call Customer Services?
100% matches
The cost of a call to Customer Services depends on your price plan. Standard pay monthly & U–Fix plans are free. Pay as you go Relax or Mates Rates are charged at 25p per call. Online & Self Service plans are 50p per minute (up to a maximum of £5 per call). All prices are inclusive of VAT.
The only Relax plans I could find were the self-service ones on the website, which do charge for customer service, therefore I conclude that we are on a standard plan and this is not listed on the website.
I hate to say it but I've never found T-Mobile that customer friendly, but I still could not refuse such a deal.0 -

I phoned TMobile and they dithered a bit. They said if I bought it online, which I did, that the online tariff of 50ppm would apply to call customer services. Then he went off for a minute, came back, and then said calls to customer services would be free. However,we want to know what we'll be paying, without any nasty surprises.
Clearly this is debatable and I'd like written conformation from TMobile about this. But I think it might be the case that we are on a special tariff which doesn't match any of TM's published. Certainly, if we had bought them directly from TM's website then we would be on the 50ppm to call customer services tariff.
Anyone got any thoughts on the billing, ie part month, plus whole month on a single bill. Does this count as bill 1 and 2 for cashback purposes, or is it bill 1?0 -

Well i should be receiving mine on Monday, funny that as for some reason i have been off the electoral file since Dec 01 2005, yet i still passed the credit check on experian! Needless to say I am updating my electoral records. I suggest everyone rings their local council to ensure they are on the electoral records for future credit searches.
Re the billing, im quoting from the cashback form "to claim please send a copy of your receipt, 1st and 6th month airtime bill to.......the address given"
It also states "to arrive no late than 30 days after the date on 6th month airtime bill"
So to me this means your sixth bill, whether or not first bill has more than one month.
there is a number at the bottom of the cashback form, 01858 414717,maybe they will know 100%?0 -
Can anyone tell me if this offer includes moving your number from one network to anther, or is it for new numbers only, as i don’t want to PAC my number and be stuck on this contract without the cashback redemption?
Reading through the redemption offer on terms and conditions one it stets ‘excludes upgrades and paug.0 -

Maybe The Link made a mistake in saying that it is a 18 month contract when it could only be a 12 month contract.
Seeing as The Link will have paid out all the cashback by the 12th month, I will ring up T-Mobile to cancel. If they let me then so be it, if not then I'm not really concerned as the remaining 6 months would have already been credited to me (via Cashback).
Also in reagrds to ringing customer service & being charged 50p on the Relax 200 tarrif. Then can one not simply use a PAYG T-Mobile sim, assuming they have one (which is free to call customer services) & simply mention their Relax 200 T-mobile number as the reason of their call0 -

No no, the contract is for 18 months, not 12.
Regarding the 50p to call Customer Services. I have investigated a bit further and I have concluded that there are several types of the Relax price plans. There is Relax, then Relax self-service and Relax online. The latter two seem to be charging at 50p per minute for calls to Custoers Service. But the first mentioned seems to be included in the non-standard charges for calls link below, which says that call to Customer Services are free. It's ambiguous and it needs clarification. The guy I spoke a TMobile the other day dithered at first and then said there would be no charge for calls to CS.
