We seem to have a difference of opinions here.
Its 18 months minimum connection, then you can cancel, but you cannot claim the final portion of the cashback until 24 months has elapsed.0 -
Hi all,
have any of you had a similar experience as me when taking advantage of this offer. When I orignally posted this last week, the t & cs said maximum 2 per household, so i ordered 2 (v useful with xmas coming).
I recived emails from The Link to let me know it was all progressing as expected and this morning only 1 phone was delivered. At lunch time The Link people rang to say that T-mobile had only approved 1 contract and rejected the other, they wernt able to tell me but suggested i check with Equifax. I said this was strange, if it was ok to approve 1, 2 should be fine. ( i have a very good credit history, never missing payments on anything and have had upto 3 contracts with Orange simultaneously before and its never been a problem).
I rang T-mobile, not very helpful, insisted that it was equifax who approved or rejected teir contracts, not t-mobile(???) However, they did agree with me that it was strange to approve 1 contract but reject 2nd soon after. I suggested this was silly and I should be able to speak to somebody who can explain, they insisted i could only write in to their 'credit referral section' (not email or speak to them).
I evenually found an email address on thier website and sent an email. No had a reply so far. I have nver used t-mobile (probably wont bother again). The original offer did say 2 per household. Anyone have similar issue with anyother provider or is it just t-mobile?0 -
This deal is still on has been improved so now you can claim cashback in months 6, 9 and 12 .
Whats interesting is that the new redemption offer form says its valid for purchases made from the 5th Dec 2005. I bought mine on the 12th and then it said I would have to claim in months 12, 18 and 24. So anyone who is in the same boat as me should print it off and claim earlier.
I'm gonna order another because this is still the best cashback deal I can find, the e530 is a good small handset- and sells on ebay for £140 too if you just want the tariff.0 -
Don't know if its improved?
Now seems to be 12 months free line rental on 18 month contract.
Other offer was 18 month contact and 18 months free line rental, although you would have had to remain connected for 24 months in order to claim the last instalment of the cash back.0 -

It is free for 17 months. You get £411 cashback and you get it all within the first 12 months. That means you pay a total of £24 over the 18 month period. If you go via Quidco you will get £25. Therefore at the end of it all you are £1 in profit.0 -
looks a good deal as you also get a free bluetooth headset0

Thanks OP:)
I need 2 of these - one for my wife and one for my daughter. I am the only one in the household with a Quidco account. I'm guessing that I wouldn't get two lots of £25 Quidco referal if I ordered two phones at one visit?
If I'm right I assume that I would get the two £25 referals if I ordered the phones individually.....ie log out of Quidco after first purchase and log in again and make second purchase?
Failing this I suppose I could enrol my wife to Quidco, but obviously that would involve her "paying" the £5 annual fee.
Any help from those knowing more about Quidco would be appreciated.0 -

Yes you should get the two referrals. But if I was you I would do the first one then clear the cookies and history on your browser to be sure that your browser treats each link as a fresh one.0 -
