    No he sid that he applied for the one that requires a good credit rating . I think the way Cap one work is , if you apply for a certain card and you do not qualify they give you the next one down. I think when you close the account you have to wait 6 months to re-apply? Anyone know?

  • I have news:


    I phoned up Capital one again today, and spoke to a very nice helpful person. He explained that cards ordered between the 14-26th of September were having a production problem and would be with us on or before Friday 10th (This friday).

    I've had a cap 1 card for years. It started at £300 and has stayed there! :o
    How pathetic is that? To be fair i had a long period of time where i couldn't stay within my limit. Prior to this i remember asking for an increase, but didn't get one because i hardly used it :eek:

    I am now working hard to repay it so that i can then use it sensibly ;)
    One step at a time ;)
