Had a nice run today :) We went to the venue where we're going to do Race For Life later. We didn't run it all, coz we're only doing week 3, but it was still a nice change.

On Sunday I ran a mile, last night I ran a mile, and threw in some sit ups and leg extensions in for good measure once I got home.

Now, should I go again this evening? The first run I stopped twice and walked for about 20 feet, the secong, only once, I walked up the subway hill.

I've also walked the dogs for 2 miles each morning ~ the old lady enjoys it, but I'm not sure how much longer she'll be able to manage it.

gravity - come and join us on the exercise and fitness thread - :)

Thanks for this - I went for my first run with the podcast today and found it much easier than when I tried 'on my own'. Just need to keep doing it now.

    My legs have fallen off!

I ran 4 miles yesterday, then went out and did week 3 with my sister. We're using the alternate podcasts, and it hasn't been that successful. Suz's vocal cues are too quiet, but Nicole's are a bit confusing as to when to start.

fimg it is the thursday special buys - I think it wasnt on the internet when I posted just in the in store leaflet
    http://www.aldi.co.uk/uk/html/offers/offers_week15thursday09.htm

Thinking about the 3/4s and the jacket myself. I have lost enough weight for my jogging pants to be slipping when I am running which is really annoying.

I did run 1 of week 2 last night - so 4 runs in 8 days now. I am actually looking forward to it.

grey lady - don't quote me on it but I read somewhere that for every week you don't run you lose half a weeks fitness.
