Good luck - I'm starting week 4 next week too! Was going to go tomorrow, but the forecast is lots of snow, so even if the kids make it to school, I won't be able to run in the park. Am going to do an exercise DVD instead & hope that I can go on Tuesday instead!

hey guys - i was originally on this thread
got to week five did my 20 min run and got stuck there just trying to keep going for longer each time
was going ok but derailed slightly at christmas and has taken me a while to get back on track
still not using roberts podcasts or timings but am now mostly running for 20 mins with a 5 min warm and cool down - however i managed 25 today woohoo !!

anyway the reason i kind of abandoned this thread was cos i started posting on a different mse fitness thread

as well and found myself just posting the same thing twice - so am still running just not logging it here - sorry :(:(

    think your all doing great

juno - i have let myself be entered into a 5k in june !! but youll be great in a half marathon as youve been doing great :)

We're not intending to run the whole way. We're planning something involving shopping trolleys

I love the snow! However, I don't like the slushy icy paths that it leaves once it melted away :(

I haven't been able to go for my run for over a week, but definitely starting again tomorrow ... hopefully can drag myself out of bed.

No more excuses, new earphones, downloaded onto ipod, Regents Park nearby!

I hadn't been running for far too long, but today I went for a short run outside. And it felt great :j

I went the way with the hill, but it's my favourite because it's the way I first started, so it shows me how far I've come.
