You had a reason, you done 3 miles :p I'm still on my 60 seconds. Got one more run on week one then supposed to be going to week two but I don't think I'm ready for it so will stick to week one for now.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Well, yeah, I suppose there is that ................. (but most of it was long, shallow downhills with an evil uphill bit at the end hence the beetroot head, but shhhh don't tell anyone ;))

Maybe have a go at Week 2 in the middle of next week. You can always go back to Week 1 - I know I did.

You cannot live as I have lived an not end up like me.

Oi you lot - please :heart:GIVE BLOOD  - you never know when you and yours might need it back! 67 pints so far.

wel i did it !! - it was such a glorious day i couldnt bring myself to go to bums and tums and did the walk/run instead

now im no fitty or anything but i do 6/8 classes a week - bodypump jam aerobics bums and tums etc etc and i found it really quite hard
i didnt think it would be easy or anything just harder than i thought
the first 3 or 4 runs were ok but then they got harder
my legs have felt very heavy for the rest of the day and my it bands are really really tight and can feel it in my butt
not sure as i enjoyed it tho but it was nice to be outisde on such a lovely day
pencilling in tuesday for a repeat .....maybe......

:) It is nice to be out isn't it. I found my first one okay up until the last run. Second time was fine, I really really enjoyed my second run but the one today was really hard. Got my last run of week one on Tuesday (I know It'll be the fourth but I had a while between first and second to get trainers).

Well, I think we are doing well :D

money dictates that i can buy any running shoes til next month, my trainers are ok fer the gym, but very unsuitable for running,
i tried to run on the treadmill, not good, i also might have to invest in a running bra, so my boobs, dont give me a headache as they smack me in the face as i run,lol any suggestions?
If we can put a man on the moon...how come we cant put them all there?

M&S has some reasonably priced level 3 and 4's. think they were £14/18 depending on size.

    :rotfl:

I got one from M&S. Depending on how blessed you are in the frontage department will depend on how much underpinning you need. I am blessed :o and therefore went for the highest level of support they provided. Level 4 I think. Hang on - I'm off for a google.

Rightly ho, I have one of these in black. I really need another one 'cos it's a bit big now, but it still does the job. Not very flattering (I get one expanse of mono-boob across the front) but very little movement.
