Running is addictive, when you get to a certain level of fitness, that's the difficult bit!!!!!

Am I the only one here??? EEEK!
Did a 30 minute run earlier in the week, only did 25 mins on Monday as my choice of music was pants. So nearly there...just need to consolidate now and do 30 mins every time, now slowly increasing the incline on the treadmill, then the speed, so by the time the weather and daylight has improved I'll be ok to run outside again! Woop!
Going for a long walk after Christmas dinner, then for a run at the gym on Boxing Day.
All the best everyone, keep on running and have a great Christmas!!If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got.

Ah, yes, me too... but I find that cracking running music helps heaps. I like it pacey, with a strong beat, and LOUD. I've found for myself that Pendulum's stuff is fab running music, but I really need to find some other stuff too....
I'm still on track for the Dinner Dance, although I won't be getting THAT dress... the makers won't adjust it and I don't want to risk getting it done locally, so shopping for a dress is on the cards now....
All the best, everyone! xxIf you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got.

I've only just come back from my run! I'm not getting to run as regularly as I'd like, so I'm still on 25 min runs, but mine are real runs outside not cushy treadmillMurphy's No More Pies Club #209

Hey juno,
lol Will be going <eek> outside when it's light enough to run after work and warm enough not to burn my lungs. Until then, I'll stick to my cushy but boring treadmill!
As of next week I start to increase the incline to make me work harder, then once the incline is at a level similar in effort to road running then I increase the speed...so will always be doing 30 minutes, just making it harder...All the best to everyone and here's to a fab 2009!
If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got.

I hate treadmill running, so even though I could do that I prefer to go outside.
I'm intending to run later today, but I'm a bit tired so I might not.Murphy's No More Pies Club #209
