Finally got it working okay :)

Been out and it was brilliant :D I thought I would really struggle with it and I haven't been looking forward to it at all, but it was fine. Again, my legs got that little bit more sore but I didn't get too out of breath or anything :)

For once I'm really proud of myself :D

Oh I was very unsure, really thought I wasn't ready for it, but if you go really slow (and the music is really good at helping it) then it's fine. Not much harder than week 3.

Give it a go, if your not there yet then you can always go back to week 3 :)

Take it at your own time :)

Don't worry, I'll be on week 4 for forever, I can't go up to that 20 minute run! :rotfl:

After finding excuses since Thursday not to run,I finally got my backside into gear and I've just done week 4 again.

The only problem is that I'll have to move on to week 5 sooner or later, but I keep putting it off !!!!
  • Hi all, I'm new, found this thread, downloaded the podcast and wondered if I could add myself to the list?

I used to run for my county when I was younger, i was so fit and used to run for miles, but as i've got older i've got lazier! I keep starting up running again when i take the dog out, but then i soon lose motivation, so i've downloaded the podcast hoping that a structured routine will help me get back into running because i love doing it!

I'm going to start tomorrow - the dog will be happy too!

Your on the list :D The podcast and the girls here do make it easier to keep on going. I would have given up by now otherwise I think :)

Oh my god, that was the worst run yet. After my second 3 minutes I thought there was no chance I could do the last 5 mins, but I did somehow. My legs were burning and my chest felt like it was going to explode but I got through it somehow. I actually feel a bit ill and dizzy now, maybe pushed it too far. I know I'd feel bad if I stopped though.

    Anyone else running today?
