:j Welcome home Webitha :j
We've been suffering from 'Horizontal Sleet on the Legs' and 'Ice Blast of the Ears' whilst you've been away, so not much chance of heatstroke here.
Good for you though - I'd be tempted to just veg out for the week. :T
You cannot live as I have lived an not end up like me.
Oi you lot - please

Glad you had a good holiday - you were probably very wise not to run in the heat, stupidly I thought that running in Egypt was a good idea - until I passed out with heat stroke !!!!:eek:0 -

Forgot to say, after the cinema tonight I was walking past a running shop (run-4-it) and seen a sign in the window advertising a free running group (the word beginners was mentioned in there). Do you think I'd be too unfit to join?
I have emailed for more information... Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.0 -
