am i the only person to go to a hot country and got a cold in my eye so my left eye has been constantly watering :rotfl::rotfl:

well you will be pleased to know that i went for a run only 1 though lol
well my excuses are as follows i didnt know where i was going, i was on my hollys, and it was too bleeding hot, and im not used to running in the warm, im used to having rain and cold on my face,
but i did do a hellova lot of walking over the beach :D:D, up a mountain, and generally walking everywhere, an ive lost half a stone, so i hope that more than makes up for it, ack out tomorrow tho

We've been suffering from 'Horizontal Sleet on the Legs' and 'Ice Blast of the Ears' whilst you've been away, so not much chance of heatstroke here. :D Good for you though - I'd be tempted to just veg out for the week. :T

You cannot live as I have lived an not end up like me.

Oi you lot - please :heart:GIVE BLOOD  - you never know when you and yours might need it back! 67 pints so far.

Glad you had a good holiday - you were probably very wise not to run in the heat, stupidly I thought that running in Egypt was a good idea - until I passed out with heat stroke !!!!

Forgot to say, after the cinema tonight I was walking past a running shop (run-4-it) and seen a sign in the window advertising a free running group (the word beginners was mentioned in there). Do you think I'd be too unfit to join? :o I have emailed for more information...

Oh I'm sorry :(. You'll miss her beautiful singing voice.
She didn't sing, but I'll miss her glaring and obsession with the kitchen
