So I should be running tonight but I'm off to the cinema. Will have to go tomorrow instead :)
Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.
  • OK - I've got my kit on - no excuses - I'm going out for 2.5 miles even though it's raining...... but not just yet as I'm going to finish my tea :o

Well Mrs Smug  :D I did go out but only for just over 2 miles. I got too hot . I can't quite get the hang of running in cold weather. It's a personal failing that I can't stand being cold so I always tend to wrap up. I went out in longs, running vest, running jacket and fleece over the top *and she wonders why she was hot  :o* . I usually strip off a layer as I get warmer, but I was down to a rather over-tight running vest and I thought for the common good that should really stay put . And I felt tired and hungry. I had a couple of slices of brown toast and philly for breakfast. I must be missing my magic banana sammich :D.

Well done for getting it over with so soon nottslass :T. Cool runnings to all those going out later.

Aren't the pavements slippy at the moment, with all the fallen leaves!

Juno( if it's not to impolite to ask) who was Amybird?

Well, it was either that or run round the kitchen, and I think my daddy would have killed me after about the 20th lap! There was one bit near the start where I thought it was gonna be a bad idea, but mostly there weren't that many fallen leaves and luckily it's not icy yet.

Amybird was my little canary. She was a darling. She hurt her leg, and then I took her to the vet and she died whilst they were trying to make her better.
