from training results when you check out from your workout at the gym
we have technogym machines where i work and there great - tell you everything !!

guys dont be despondent about feeling unfit or finding it hard - the thing is we are getting off our backsides and doing this which is a hell of alot more than some ppl are
yes it will be hard because our bodies arent used to it and anything worth having is going to take effort to achieve
we should all feel very proud of ourselves - dont forget im finding it hard and i do at least 6 to 8 exercise classes a week and actually work in a gym !!!

Your right, we are doing well to even be out there :T (or in the gym ;))

You work in the gym, is a national one? Can you get me in for free? :rotfl: No? Oh well worth a try ;)

Today was my first day against the wind, was great when it was behind me but not so good struggling against it

Ugh, this was so much worse than the first _pale_

I thought nothing could get worse than the 2nd stint... but somehow the 3rd did. The 4th was ok, though - I think it's a combination of that song being really motivating somehow (even though I have no idea what any of the words are other than "I") and being nearly there. I started to feel like a proper runner!

    I did run further today!

I dunno whether I'm gonna do my next one on Tuesday or Wednesday. I can only do Tuesday morning, unless I do it after work and I finish at 9pm, and I don't wanna run along the main road when it's light and will be busy. But then on Wednesdays I typically cba to do anything after work.

  • Well done Juno :T . I'm doing my next one Tuesday morning which will be my 3rd and I doubt very much I could then go up to week 2 I think I should maybe do week 1 for another week? Not sure yet.

On the plus side my new Aldi kit kept me lovely and warm without being restrictive. Top buy!
Glad you were pleased with it! Unfortunately I have to take the trousers back as they're really short on me and look stupid:o and they didn't have any tops or jackets in my size. That'll teach me to get there quicker!
