I think 10% is a bit much! I'm hoping it's a typo, as everywhere I've seen recommends 1%.Murphy's No More Pies Club #209

Well done sarsief!
I just did my first run of week 4. This takes you up to running 5 mins as a block. Can't lie and say it was easy but probably not quite as bad as I was expecting. I am a little bit stiff now but I went for a swim afterwards and I think that helps a lot with stretching out the muscles.
I am a total novice too and can't get over the fact that I can now run for 5 mins all at once, keep at it anyone at earlier stages because if I can do it, you definitely can!!0 -

I used to run a lot and even completed a half marathon a couple of years ago. Since then, I have been injured completed a masters degree and become really lazy. I intend on starting to run again (and I would say it will be from scratch as I am pretty unfit right now), so I hope I have come to the right place for inspiration and support and I hope I can join in...I'm buying No More Toiletries, I'm Deluttering and I'm Losing Weight for 2010!0

Hi and welcome
Should go for my second week 4 run tonight but it's damp and cold and I can't motivate myself - will have to do it in the gym tomorrow...
