Agree with THAT! Can't wait to get into the garden as well! Hopefully this snow goes soon but Cardiffs coming down with it htis afternoon apparently!

If anyone has any help on this it'd be great or have used discounted heating?!

Don't say that, I work for a transport company and we do alot of work in cardiff and Barry and its been a nightmare the last week to get anything loaded and to the ports.

Although I did here some old wifes tale the other day, apparently if we get snow early and have a cold winter we get a nice hot summer..:money: just dont come back to remind me i said that if it rains all summer:D
Listen to what people say, but watch what people what people do!!

Hi Andy, cheers for that. Towel rail ordered through Mr Central Heating and found this shower to be the most 'asthetically' pleasing and the cheapest!

    Any comments before I order?!

Would you be able to call me this evening Andy, need some advice/help with the electrics so I know exactly who will be doing what if that's OK!

    Hi,
I tried to order a shower door from Discounted heating, but gave up.
First of all, no one answers their phone calls. Their website ssl certificate seems to be having problems. And finally they said its going to take 4-6 weeks for the door.

I found the cheapest price on this site, but didnt had enough confidence to order.

    hope that helps.

Has anyone used Discounted Heating UK?

Andy, found the GEO6 4 fold Twyford screen delivered for £148 with a current code..... worth it you'd say?!

    Hi Folks,
No movement on the extension but we have officially finished the upstairs cupboard and the downstairs cupboard! Hurrah ! 13 months and two things are completed haha!!

Bathroom starting next week (the suite has had its 1 year anniversary of sitting in our house unfitted!). Unhappy with the choice of tiles I've seen in white. Most of them with a vein in them are really grey tiles and I want really white with a hint of grey. I've seen one, but I didn't fall in love with it (are you even supposed to with tiles?!)

This week I will be buying tiles and getting quotes for the roof. Mr JT will be removing coving and sorting the front room (sans Christmas tree!) for plastering.

Need to replace the lintel of course *rolls eyes* thanks soooooo much Mr Council!!

Littlerose- we looked at sliderobes, they were excellent in the showroom but expensive, B&Q do all the parts for fitted robes now if you can get an independent joiner to do it for you? I'm considering this as ours are about £2k to have done by a fitted wardrobe firm :( I'm still looking though so keep an eye out for me too please :)

:ABeing Thrifty Gifty again this year:A

Thanks Jamtart, will have a look at B&Q! I've got a local independant wardrobe company coming to measure up tomorrow and we've also had a couple of carpenters in to take a look. Will keep you updated :)

Cheers for that, thought I'd give them a call and tried 3 times with no answer! PTS can do it for £159.36...... Think I'll just go with this! :)
