just a quick question on this if you don't mind you say that if you fail to keep up payments on dmp's crediotrs can obtain ccj's right and with iva's they can make you bankrupt ok so 1 of our creditors is currently threatening to make us bankrupt even tho we have not failed on payments on our dmp which they accepted and then sold debt on and now have re bought it so how can they get away with it

    Hi themagics

I'm sorry but this is not my field...but I do believe that they can't get away with it if you start contestihg. If you look at some of the threads, there will be letter templates to write and other advice in your situation. Alternatively the best thing to do is start your own thread as that should hopefully get the best and quickest response.

    Best wishes

My guess is its just the nomal scare tactics they use,
it costs them about £1200 to try make you bankrupt with no guarntee they will or that they will get anything more from you if you have been paying your DMP, if they are selling your debt between DCA's this maybe a Question to ask on the board? The CCA type stuff:confused:

Maz its great being a numpty :T , don't knock it untill you tried it:T :rotfl: :rotfl:
