just a quick question on this if you don't mind you say that if you fail to keep up payments on dmp's crediotrs can obtain ccj's right and with iva's they can make you bankrupt ok so 1 of our creditors is currently threatening to make us bankrupt even tho we have not failed on payments on our dmp which they accepted and then sold debt on and now have re bought it so how can they get away with it
