Well done Maz, and big G of course (but silently of course).

Potty training update! Have bought Chloe big girls pants and told her not to wee on Dora! 3 accidents at the child minders and a big puddle on the floor laer she came home and sat on the potty till about 8.30 when I gave up and put her to bed. I put the potty at the side of the bed and having resisted the potty all day she got out of bed and weed (sp!) on the potty. Yah.....i nearly cracked and put a nappy on her but I know thats what she wanted me to do....

Fingers crossed that we have got over a hurdle.....

    Evening all

Glad you got a positive response at the school Maz, give them some time to do what they say they will do and then check if they have actually carried them out! Dont want to seem cynical but sometimes the only way to get things sorted is if you keep the pressure on!

I came in from work at 8.45 totally starving so I have had 2 sausages that were left over from the boys and OH dinner and a tin of mushy peas:D . Watch out OH later

Just had a packet of wheat crunchie crisps in worcester sauce flavour...............minging.

    Still hungry........
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Hi All

Sorry for going AWOL on the weekend thread..but (alleged) stains on satin sheen nighties are not to be trifled with. Thank heavens for something pink and hard (......Vanish ladies, Vanish!!!)...:rotfl: :rotfl:

Maz Hun...really pleased to hear about the meeting today..hope this gives both you and Erin more confidence and that you both feel supported in trying to sort out this carp at the moment.

Bunny, Snags, Maz, Spud, Skint..Boo sob sob....:cry::cry:...

.....ever so [strike]p8ssed off[/strike] sorry but can;t make 17th as have guests that weekend (Smashed and MOT)...yayy!!!!!...visiting to [strike]give my "trashed" house the once over[/strike] partake of Wols vicious irish coffees!!.

Jinky Hun.thanks for posting on my thread last week........hope the tattoo's OK..and Lou ...ditto the back.....and hugs to both!:grouphug:

DD and Sammy...hugs to both :grouphug: and hope you both clarify/sort things out for yourselves. Personally I have felt really fuzzled over the last few weeks...I know I don;t feel right (in fact I have felt carp)..but being able to identify the actual issues (especially in terms of describing them on here) and define solutions has been really difficult.:confused::confused: . (Hence been under duvet!!! It's warm and cosy...and safe there.....:rotfl: )

ZTD...glad you;re feeling better and welcome back......you have been missed by all of us..no really!!..:p ..sorry if the enforced wine consumption before DFW meet contributed to your ailments!! :o

However....Good news...Wol has had very positive four days reclaiming the garden :T (and two very good sessions with :A Therapist :T :T )...so fog is clearing....back to posting in earnest soon.:D

Many thanks to all for your support and good wishes......have to be careful what I post atm :silenced: (hence why been offline for some weeks) as it now looks a relative surety the whole house/builders thing might go litigious!

Bottom line I can say is this.....the house before it was flooded was immaculate in terms of plastering/wallpapering/paintwork/finish etc. I had worked very hard on it....it was my pension...hence why I have invested so much time/effort/very skilled tradesmen in it to date. (No other pension stuff to speak of as started working late) ....

.... Following it's destruction by the flood...The "RE-INSTATED" house I have moved back to......:cry: _pale_ _pale_ _pale_ _pale_ ......well quite frankly I am devastated with what it looks like now  ......Whatever happened to British workmanship??.......No further comment m'lud!

Off to bed soon....minus satin sheen nightie...and anything pink and...stop Wol stop!!:o

    Much love
