    And yes, it was work I couldn't get into....I did a good amount, but not as much as I would have liked. Never mind, what didn't get done today can get done tomorrow.

    Just back from Karate - I didn't run....instead I read my running magazine. Does that count :confused:

    Then a quick whizz round Tesco for the essentials, and now collapsed to watch the end of "I'm a Z lister".
