    Where we live our electricity is going up by 33% on monday and this has made me look at a lot of things :eek:

    I did not use tumble dryer today , hung clothes on line then when rain started put them on radiators and clothes airer.

    I kept leftover meat from dinner tonight, sliced it and have it in fridge to be used for a sandwhich tomorrow.

    have been turning off plugs in every room , much to other peoples annoyance lol

    Told son he could only have a 15 minute shower instead of his 30 minute one lol

    anyone else done anythng today moneysaving to give me ideas for tomorrow
    TOTAL 44 weeks lose. 6st 9.5lb :T

    bouhgt a tin of garden peas from netto for 34p instead of 59p from morrisons
    make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
    and we will never, ever return.

  • Today I ...........

    - dried my washing on the line

    - Put tomorrows dinner on in sc to cook on economy 7 overnight

    - Bought a wind up torch from Wilkos (save on batteries)

    - Bought some clothes from charity shop

    - went round turning off lights

    - scrapping my car next week and using the bike...did it all up today so its roadworthy ;)
