Not sad. they are so good. Try the foccaccia with sage, red onions and olives from the recipe book. Our everyday favourite is half wholemeal and half Granary flour. Yum!0

As for slicing I usually make mine in an evening for the next day and it is easier to slice in the morning! I wrap it in a cotton tea towel whilst still warm to keep the crust soft;)JAN GC- £155.77 out of £200
