I fully understand the 'tea timer' mode espresso. See above post. Though if either of you guys want to go through ALL of its settings upto now, be my guest.:idea:0

So why do you keep telling people to disable it when they install Spybot S & D? This is not the first tiime you have given this bad advice!
:doh: Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

Because I ask them to install comodos DEFENSE mode (which does a better job and would CONFLICT with tea timer)
Or simply because it was to scan their computer for spyware and as im unsure WHAT other programs they have on its best to keep it switched off until more information is available.

Well according to the Global Moderator on Comodos forum here yes you are talking rubbish, so yes it's bad advice!

You just keep falling FLAT on your face dont you E
Show me and highlight where it says TEA TIMER is ON! I use Spybot myself. But comodos defense does the EXACT same job as teatimer (and more) meaning it would need to be allowed twice (What would be the point to THAT??)
Also ~ thats quite an OLD post now and things have changed since then as he mentions a conflict with the AVG scanner (which it did at the time)
You cant be THAT 'mentally challenged' surely
ooooo, by the way............respect for spending 15 mins perusing the net to find THAT useless post:idea:0 -
There is just no point arguing with an alien, who is obviously on a different planet to the rest of us!
You told the OP to switch off Defence. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

And theres no point talking to someone like you who is out to take the p*ss out of all and sundry as he has nothing better to do with his day and doesnt appreciate someone who DOES try to help people.
Just go crawl back under your rock and get a life !!!!!!.:idea:0 -

So, to interrupt the little tiff :-), the idea is later to turn Tea Timer back on - when exactly?
Not sure what you mean by switching to safe mode - why would I want to do this?0 -

Well my plan was to run your computer for a few days to see how it goes. IF all goes well then im guessing theres possibly something set wrong in the tea timers settings
Im suggesting switching comdodo firewalls defense ON if you have it (I cant remember without checking back now and im just off out now)
or tea timer back ON and sort the settings out.
For now though I would suggest leaving them off and see if the 'freezing' problem is fixed
Can you just remind me what firewall you have ~ cheers mate:idea:0
