    hey everyone!!

    Welcome to the new people!!

Im home alone! woo. Need to go back home because ive forgotten so much stuff, typical me! Been doing well on the dissertation, researched about 10 books worth yesterday and will do some more today.

Researched the cost of fridges! I really want one that has a water dispenser on it, how groovy! Probably wont though, but maybe our second fridge :p

right im off to the parents house before school kick out! i will be on later when i get bored solid!!
  • Embarrased to report a 1lb gain :o, not very good for a first week:eek:. Thought I was doing OK with all the exercise, plus I've given up alcohol and crisps (my main weakness!) but obviously still eating too much:o. Time to cut back some more...

Don't lose heart or do anything drastic like skipping meals, I find that my weight is delayed by a week. If I have a big blow out I won't put on until the week after, when I get back on it again or it's TOTM it's a week later.
Maybe you will see a difference next WI

Have amended a couple of things in the first post (thanks Lois) - changed some links etc

KPC you little minx! The parcel has arrived and it's brilliant! :T Think I might splash out on some hold-it-all-in-knickers for the dress but it's perfect! The butler in the buff won't know what's hit him :rotfl:
Now, anyone know where I can get some cheap size 16 black hot pants? :p Think I'll be pretty much sorted then as bought some rather fetching stuff in the charity shop yesterday. Don't suppose anyone knows if leopard print would pass as 70s?
EDIT: Hmm, seems ABBA wear quite different things - this is my favourite photo, I want to dress like the guy on the left

  • Bails, I'm sure leopard print was around in the 70's, although I had some rather fab dark purple hot pants myself :D

If you google leopard print 70s and look at 'images' that also confirms it, so you would be safe.

Anyone remember Hale and Pace and their take on Rainbow? "Hello Johnny, Hello Billy........Hello Everyone!" :rotfl:Mind you I prefer the blonde....no the brunette....no the blonde......ok anything that would have me! lol

Right I own up and admit it Another Gain this time 1.2lb even the body Fat is up. I guess logic is out the window. Ok I did have an Indian last Saturday and the Chips on Wednesday night, but the rest of the week has the same old same old as I try to halt the gains. Same old same old as in what I eat and do. Oddly the last loss was when I ate sweeties all week!!!

So in the spirit of 'fessing up.
    Last week I....
    Played rugby for 30mins
Walked Sunday and Wednesday for 8.5miles roughly 1150cals
Went to the gym 5 times for roughly 4136cals (running 23km cycling 45lm)
I wouldn't have minded if the body fat had gone down, but never mind, day one tomorrow. I will and can cancel this trend out. One more gain and I will pull myself off the maintainers list!

    Herewith ends the moaning! :rotfl:

Ok Who the hell stole my signature!!!

Honestly I am really annoyed now, if something was wrong with it, then at the very least have the good grace to tell me and let me amend it. I'm guessing the link to my 10k effort.

But to delete it and all information contained within it, is wrong on so many counts, not least I cant remember what the detail was to recreate it.
