Ok Who the hell stole my signature!!!
Honestly I am really annoyed now, if something was wrong with it, then at the very least have the good grace to tell me and let me amend it. I'm guessing the link to my 10k effort.
But to delete it and all information contained within it, is wrong on so many counts, not least I cant remember what the detail was to recreate it.
Same thing happened to me when I put up the link for the Race For Life run I did. It's not as if we are gaining anything and it's for charity! No notice either.I would if I could but I can't so I won't!0 -
I did have an Indian last Saturday and the Chips on Wednesday night, but the rest of the week has the same old same old as I try to halt the gains. Same old same old as in what I eat and do. Oddly the last loss was when I ate sweeties all week!!!
I may be talking out of my bottom, but I'm sure I read somewhere that your body gets used to the same diet after a while so you won't lose. (Kinda like if you do the same exercise all the time I think).
Maybe a change of diet (I don't mean eating rubbish!!) might help?Like instead of having salad have rice instead

Guess what!! Lady rang today to organise a viewing for the flat on the discounted rent scheme!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:j :j :j :j :j
Im so excited. Its next wedneday which is only 5 days away :T Cant believe matt and i could be sharing a home, what a commitment! The only thing i have to do now is like it! Sadly matt is working so he cant come to the viewing but im going to take some pics for him and we might go for another viewing (at a different time, like they say you should) with matty.
On the downside of things, my laptop has decided to die, i turned it on and it started ok, then the desktop went weird and so i had to turn it off cos it wouldnt respond. Then, when i went to turn it on it makes funny noises, half starts, then goes off. I hope its not serious because all my dissertation stuff is on that, proposal, research, links the whole shibang. Plus the main reason im here is to do the sodding thing anyway, and now i cant! Its going to be a boring evening, and i hope matts dad doesnt mind me using his comp.
Suggs: Maybe its just you getting older? like being serious but everyone i know says age is a big barrier to weight loss.0 -

Suggs, maybe your body is just adjusting, but I've also heard that sometimes going 'non-diet' i.e. eating more for a week or two kick starts things again. Are you drinking enough, my DH 'fat levels' soar when he gets dehydrated for some reason.
Efrieze , ski-ing sounds fab, have a great time!
Vix, have you saved your dissertation anywhere else--memory stick, emailed it to yourself, anything?Otherwise, might be worth asking the techy board for ideas--I think you can still get stuff off hard drives via another computer, good luck hun. Next time save it everywhere you can. Hope it's OK and lappy just gets going again hun.
Thanks Bails, Tagz, Missy and raph, that helps, might start measuring. I just expected to have gone down a bit so was gutted, you all know how it is! Have checked on 'fat' scales and according to them have lost 2lb fat and gained muscle and water, so all good. Deffo don't wanna lose muscle cos that knocks ya metabolic rate. I'm pretty muscular though, don't know that I need more, might end up as a muscle mama:eek: :rotfl: :rotfl: .
Clothes feel similar--at least not tighter , and I feel great and energetic, even went on my bike today and no knee pain for first time in yonks, so I'll keep doing what I have been and review it in a few weeks.0 -

That's a good result, you may have gained a lb, but you have lost 2lbs of fatand muscle weighs more that fat

I dont think they would accept it hand written!
Yea i know its unlikely that i cant get my stuff back, we have got another hard drive thing so matt might try. But no, only saved on that! Buts its mainly the huge amount of websites that ive saved in my favourites, that kinda thing you dont normally save! Ive written less than 500 words so im not arsed about loosing that so much, its the rest of it!
Im off to bed now, gotta start work at 7am tomorrow so the biatch better let me go at 4. Dont fancy getting up at 5am and getting home at half 6 somehow!! night all x0
