Behind her ear of course!!:D
Well done to all the losers - student midwife especially well done on your 10% - what an achievment!
I've done some serious thinking and have decided to really watch my portions - I am inclined to overeat healthy foods thinking that it doesn't matter but of course it does. Probably quite a good mind set to have with the christmas festivities here!
L xNO EXCUSES - THIS YEAR IT'S PERSONAL..........0 -
Reporting plus 3lbs this week!! Am gonna renew my drive in the new year I think. I am making moves - bought a slow cooker for healthy stews and casseroles etc to have ready when I get home from work rather than pizza or chips!!! OH is buying me a WiiFit in the new year when there is stock!!!
So for me I think this is goodbye until next year....I'll find you all!!
Hope everyone has a good christmas/holidays and a great new Year!!Made it - 15 years married!! Finally!! xx:beer:0 -

Todays eating plan is:
Breakfst - oats so simple mixed with frozen blueberries and milk (heb+free+hea)
snack - 2 satsumas
Lunch - Home made turkey and vegetable soup with wm roll (free + heb). I am making the soup from a turkey leg I bought reduced at Tesco some time ago for about 20p and has been in the freezer ever since:o
Dinner - quorn lasagna with sweetheart cabbage and carrots on the side (free+5syns) and for dessert the rest of yesterdays scan bran and custard(6 syns)
Hope you all have a good day
Love

Firstly, well done to Marion, Studentmidwife and anyone else who's lost whose name I've already forgotten (blummin short term memory ), fantastic stuff! :T
Thanks for the stats Missy and FFM, it made interesting reading. Long may the maintaining continue :T
Vix, as Granny says it's got to be C or above but if you really want to teach then don't let that put you off. I'm assuming you're still technically classed as a student? If you are then get yourself to your local college and get on a subsidised Maths course to help you with it. If you're sold on the idea of teaching then don't let anything stop you - if you just quite fancy it cos you're not sure what else you'd like to do then don't bother, you need to really love it to stick at it(just my opinion of course).
I'm glad Fitorbust pointed out the rose could go behind your ear as my eyes were watering! Have fun if you meet up, be great to hear about it.
Raph, I don't think it matters one iota that you're not going to make your target just yet either, as KPC says you're an inspiration for just getting on with it and making it happen. Your gran will be very pleasantly surprised I'm sure! (Have I missed a date for the big day with C BTW?)
Interesting that the reduced portion sizes came up - I've been experimenting with this recently, really listening to what my body wants and how much of it. The weekend went really well, I didn't go to bed full and woke up feeling good. OH comes home and I miss lunch (due to time constraints) and eat too much dinner, go to bed feeling stuffed and wake up the same! So I'm working on this too.
KPC my lovely, any chance of the recipe for your soup please as I have a large squash here begging to be made into yummy soup? Ta!The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

I was used as an example in work last night, someone was moaning that they couldn't lose weight and someone piped up, "If Raphael has done it so can you." And the boss said I was looking gorgeous
I'm not worried one tiny bit that I've not made my target, as I posted on my thread my BMI now says I'm in the healthy range!!:D:T
No date set yet for me & C, we're going to get xmas & New Year out the way then start planning dates and setting things in stone:eek:Debt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!

It's great when you get compliments like that, and you deserve it, you've done really well - give yourself a big pat on the back! Are you going to share your before and after pictures with us? (Or have you already and I've missed them? )
