  • The pencil test thing made me laugh - many years ago when I was young we heard about the pencil test (this was back in the 60's) and we thought it meant that if you could hold a pencil under your boob it was a good thing - it meant you had boobs! If you couldn't it meant you were still a kid :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Today I am having a mix2match day:

Breakfast - bacon and eggs plus a yogurt (free)
    snack - 2 satsumas (free)
Lunch - Leftover vegetables from last night served with left over pork from a from a few days back(been frozen) It will taste better than it sounds!:j(free)
Afternoon snack - mince pie - 10 syns
Dinner - Vegetable rice with chicken pieces (free+heb) plus a sugar free jelly with fruit (1 syns)

haha tagz, mums are meant to have big boobs, my mum has two nice pillows that were nice to rest on as a child.

KPC: If it makes you feel better the only way i can get a pencil to stay there is if i bend right over to nearly touching my butt, i only know this cos ive tried :p My boobs will hopefully one day start growing, think they stopped when i was like 13. Can i come to your german market?

Im meant to be doing another 1000 words today, but i've left my literature review till last, got 3,000 to do that and a methodology. I know one is meant to be 2,500 words so somethings gunna have to be wacked into the old apendix. So today is a research day, and possible do nothing on facebook day.

Does anyone find life really crap for 2 people? Matt and i wanted hot dogs for dinner, so we had to buy 8 hot dog sausages and 6 long rolls. So its hot dogs for dinner and lunch, its a nightmare!! I think thats why are portion sizes are so big, to not be wasteful. I did make my own goujons from bread that was nigh on going mouldy. I was impressed with myself. I try to not be wasteful but it fails, and guinea pigs only eat so much!

it does become second nature if you food plan, write the food diary, plan is def the key, thinking about what you have can be done only once for the week say and then all you have to do is get it out of the freezer/fridge and serve it up.....

  • evening all. Chart ready to go, just waiting for babykat, fitorbust, granny & tagz. I'll do the chart by 8 if I haven't heard.

Lois - what I would do re the chop situation is buy 2 packs and then freeze 3 lots of 2 chops. Though I do recommend using a butcher as we know do and get some very delicious meat.

What do you all want to do re the chart for the rest of the month? Next wed is xmas eve. Shall we leave the chart now until Jan, or would you like one more on xmas eve and then none on the 31st and re start wed Jan 7th? It doesn't stop you weighing here if you want, whatever we decide, & I'll pick it up but I could carry it over to the following chart. I think in Jan we'll be starting afresh anyway, and I'll ask who want to be in the jan chart IN JAN. There so few of us at the mo, I can easily confirm your current totals but everyone else starts from new or needs to inform me of there current totals.
    Hope that makes sense?
If anybody fancies doing the chart in Jan please do let me know:D
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Excellent maintaining over 15 months Victory - well done you! I agree with what FFM has said about nothing being off limits, and 'budgeting' the calories however we wish :)

When I have a heavy exercise day (such as today's 2 hour 55 min forest jogging...) I'll eat extra calories that day, and then adjust the more sedate days so that I eat less. This seems to have been working well over the past few weeks.

Well done to everyone who's happy with their result this week :D
