Brighton belle~ I so want those painkillers~gimme them now!

    .
:rotfl: Actually, I have been very good to not use them most of the year but paracetamol isn't working at the mo so these prescription ones are needed. NO really, honestly:D
Good to hear from you beanie. Sorry life continues to be a bit pants for you.ois goes at the end of december.

Victory - I have heard about young girls not taking their insulin because of weight loss etc. Very reckless of course but I appreciate the temptation. You have descibed yourself as very greedy quite often - is this not becasue of the insulin, rather than you being 'weak willed'.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

  • i like that theory seren, but i don't dare put it into practice. How very exciting lois! I take it you can't put your coats in the front locker because it's full of 'useful bits of wood'?

Morning:D did extremely well at the woolworths sales yesterday, been in a few times and they have nothing worth buying but yesterday was lucky enough to get two bags full of bottoms and tops for my young one all for £24:D very happy so will be wrapping today, for some unknown reason he loves combat trousers so got those and jeans and striped tops so he will be pleased, last day at work for OH, last day at school for kids, 2 weeks off together, kill or get on:rotfl: :rotfl:

Little one is getting confused as to how few days are left now until xmas, it has been coming for such a long time now he can't believe there is less than a week to go now:D

Good morning everyone, had a good day out yesterday went to an auction and bought a few xmas presents for myself and then to a farm shop with really good prices ie brussels on the stock for 60p a stock:T Amazing really considering I paid about £3.00 in Tesco last year!

Anyway here is my eating plan for the day.

Breakfast - oats so simple with fruit and milk (heb, free, hea)
Lunch - homemade leek and potato soup (free) with 2 satsumas (free)
Dinner - Friday night fry lite up, with egg, bacon, quorn sausages, eggs and sw chips (free,hb)
snacks will be a couple of mince pies, a handful of chocolates from the now opened tin of roses, several glasses of wine tonight, a handful of salted peanuts, probably a bag of crisps and anything else that comes within my range - I am just in one of those moods:o

Hope you all have a good day
    Love
    Marion

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!
  • I like the snacks in tiny print! Does that make them smaller?
We are going to try and adopt the SW way of eating over Christmas - we usually try to just eat healthily as organised slimming plans seem to make me obsess but a bit of obsessing will do me no harm whilst all the Christmas goodies are knocking around.
It looks like I have had my 2heb for breakfast and 10 syns of butter - !!!!!! - should have thought about this before breakfast....
Am out for lunch with some friends so will try and choose the healthy stuff! I'm driving so that saves the wine syns!
Must throw some apples in the car as a snack attack pack.

that pencil test has always upset me - from the day mine sprouted i could put a pencil under there - it must just be the way they are

ditto!! I'm with you there sister. Must be a load of baloney ;) Hugs about the gain, hope the sensible eating is the way forward for you. I would find it so so hard with all the tastings and food involved in your work so I think you do brilliantly anyway :grouphug:

G reat losses SMW and Seren - I'm loving the 'baking burns more cals than eating' theory :rotfl:Well done to everyone who is still working at it. I hope people aren't getting too stressed about Christmas and can enjoy their time with their families x
