Beanie I'm sorry to hear things are tough at the moment. I really hope things are on the up soon. Please try not to think of it as 'giving up' - you're just taking a little breather :)

Thanks for the support BB, Victory, FFM, Jay, much appreciated. There's no panic though, and don't worry BB I'm sticking to the master plan! When I switch to monthly weigh ins from next year, TOTM weeks will be less of an issue :) My next weigh in on Monday is my ONE YEAR one for maintaining, so I'm excited about that (pathetic, I know!)

Studentmidwife - a STS between morning and evening weigh ins is the same as a loss, well done :D How come you're weighing at different times of the day, is that a one off as you've changed your regular time?

Well done to everyone else who's lost or STS and/or stuck to plan! Fantastic loss for you KPC! Wow!!! Well done Raph on the new clothes size too!
  • 2.5lbs gain so back to beginning again...a supreme lack of effort apparently really counts against ones weight loss

    Morning all

I've just realised it's Wednesday and I forgot to weigh in this morning - too late now I'm dressed and full of porridge! BB - can you put me down as a STS please.

Beanie - sorry to hear you're struggling at the moment, I hope things improve for you soon.

Jay - you're obviously doing something right, keep trying.

Marion - that pasta bake sounds yummy. I often combine Quorn mince with an HEB of beef mince so that the end result can be eaten with pasta/rice/potatoes on a green day. I mentioned it at a SW class and no-one else had thought of doing it.
KPC - fantastic weight loss, well done! :j

    Have a good day everyone.
