    Raph - you've changed your avatar - is that a skinnier turtle?:rotfl:

Well spotted BB :D I fancied a bit of a change. I should dig out my xmas avatar really! Thanks for the clear-up on the syns. :)

PT at the gym was fun! He got me doing something called interval training on the treadmill, normal running with 30 second bursts of higher speeds. It should shock my body into burning off the last few bits of fat :D
It's a little expensive to have a personal trainer (£288 for 10 sessions!), especially ontop of gym membership, I think what I will do is follow his program for 6 weeks, then book in a single session with him for a review. A single session is £31.50, so is a little more manageable.

I did that once - but I didn't remember until about 7pm on Wednesday so it was a bit of a rush and I left a few people out! Thanks for taking it on for this month.

The weather forecast is grim, which is rather worrying as we're off on our test run with the caravan in tow tomorrow. We didn't cover driving in snow on the towing course! We're going to Peterborough for 2 nights and I probably won't have internet access so I'll catch up with you all on again on Friday. I must remember to weigh in tomorrow morning before we leave.

Dragon - sorry to hear about your broken ribs, the weight gain must be soul destroying, sending virtual (gentle) hugs your way.

Marion - well done for losing when you didn't expect to. You plan your meals so well, and it obviously does the trick.

Well done everyone who's posted their weigh ins this week.

    Have a good day.

Here is my plan for the day:

breakfast - bacon and eggs with tomatoes & mushrooms - (heb + free)

lunch - left over SW chilli on a jacket potato with extra baked beans - free

dinner - salmon fillet with pasta bake mixed with peas & tomatoes topped with mozzarella cheese (free+hea+heb)

Throughout the day a scan bran chocolate cake with chocolate essence and and dusted with icing sugar - (10 syns - may have to spread this over 2 days so it might only be 5 syns today)

    snacks - fruit & yogurt - free
