Hi KPC 6th fine for me.
Me Too!:j:j:j
Victory - glad you had such a good time at the wedding. And loads more people to notice the new slim you!:T:beer::T:j
I weighed in yesterday with a 0.5 pound loss. I am a little perplexed to be honest as I know the SW plan from top to bottom and I know that I was on plan this week and really did expect a much better loss
LL - I am so jealous! We have a camper van parked in the back garden and I would love to got on tour with it but OH won't do it. I would have to do all the driving as he doesn't but it would be something I would enjoy. If I had the courage to go alone I would!:o I hope you have a wonderful time!
Love

6th is fine for me too.
I say go for it Marion! Travelling alone is actually great fun and a very liberating experience! Why not plan a short trip first and build up from there? I always think it would be so sad to sit in my rocking chair when I'm old and wish I'd done things that were within my grasp, even the things that scare me sh!tless
Don't lose heart with the WL, it will come :grouphug: A slow loss is so much better longterm, hold onto that thought. The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

Morning All
Hope we are all chipper this fine morning. Weekend was good, I played a full game of rugby, which I think I haven't done since February! We lost, but it was one of those games in which it was a hard battle, but as we played well you sort of don't mind losing?
Big well Dones to the losers, I think that includes Victory, Raph, Missy and FG

Welcome Back BabyKat
Join the day 1 club windowshopper, we all do, just means sod the bad day and start again, its day 1!! Hope you enjoyed it though!
Anyways I have made some slight amendments to my eating and excercise, not major ones but little ones. Vix yes I'm sure getting older might make a difference calorie wise, but going up one year doesn't make much difference to your BMR. But thanks for the thoughtRaph, Imagine forgetting the poll! lol it is one of the hardest things to do, well for me it was. Why not just copy an old one? Plenty of new folk wouldnt have seen it anyways? (edit - How about my food vice is!) I am making slight minor changes and will see what happens, I cant blame anyone but myself for last weeks gain though. Its my sons birthday next week, their are down this weekend, so something will be eaten that is on the naughty list I guess
Well its October tomorrow, which is a full month for me, I go to Tunisia for a week, then have a belated birthday track day in an Aston Martin DB9, Yes I can be Bond for a few hours and finally I go under the knife for a shoulder operation. This is why I have mentioned a countdown of rugby matches.
Victory, good to see you had a good time at the wedding. Lois not jealous at all, something I have always promised meself that I would do thoughkatiepoppycat wrote: »
LOL Vix, that was my reaction to the bike ride. Is it just me who finds bike saddles decidedly uncomfortable? In, dare i say it, quite an intimate fashion?!

Marion, I have only had a few holidays on my own and it took me time and a kick up the backside from a mate to do. Try not to worry about the weight, maybe it will show a better loss next weekProud Member of the Lose Weight Thread on I Wanna..................

Morning
I'm sure I have that SAD thing (or am I just sad?). I've been like a bear with a sore head recently and so tired too! Keep bursting into tears for no reason as well. It is my TOTM but I'm not usually this bad. My OH keeps asking if I'm OK about my birthday approaching but I hadn't thought about it until he mentioned it.
I was really happy with myself last week as I cycled ALL the way from my house to Boden and back but then I realised it was a 15 min journey each way so I don't think I'll be joining in the bike ride. Plus my bike is stuck in 2nd gear!!!! As for travelling - getting out of the door each morning seem hard enough!:DI would if I could but I can't so I won't!0 -

I'll have a think and add one later

My in laws have a caravan and they are off 6 months of the year in Spain, Italy, France and stay at campsites or on the side of the road, they have a fab time and do it on the cheap always taking their own cans, corned beef, etc,MIL makes pies from scratch, they have some friends in France that exchange fresh strawberries for a pie, or they find someone that has a surplass of potatoes and exchange them for what they have, no money changes hands and I think it is a really fab way to live, they couldn't do it any other way as they are not wealthy by any means:D
Thanks, yes the wedding was fab:D
Never forget a loss is a loss however small you may feel it is still heading the right way;)
tagz it is the weather can drive you mad:rolleyes:
I agree beanie we have just got paid and it seems there is an awful lot of outgoings this month, tried ebay for the cubs outfit an it is £15 fr the trousers and £10 for the top, that is ridiculous, I paid less for his school uniform:rolleyes: then there is the exhaust that fell off when we went to the wedding needs replacing on the car, the list goes on and I wonder how it will last, we had the most awful month last month where we ate bizarre things to get us till today so did not want to repeat it but money flies out:rolleyes:0 -

Thanks Bails, I think I would have to start off with real baby steps! I don't think I have even been to the cinema by myself!:o Although he doesn't drive and can't see very well he is much better at map reading and navigating than I am, also I still am not exactly fit yet and I think it would be better for solo travelling if I could do a few basics (like kneeling down to look under the van for instance)! Maybe I can talk one of my DD's into in a couple of years time when I am at goal!Marion, I have only had a few holidays on my own and it took me time and a kick up the backside from a mate to do. Thanks Suggs, I will be extra good this week. I know if I stick to the plan the weight will come off. I guess I am just a little impatient!;)
Sorry about answering you both in this post, but was jusst try;)ing it out to see if I could figure out how to do it - and it worked:D
