HOW FAR??????
It's only 33 miles - makes it shorter than the London to Brighton (which I think is 52?) - I'm just hoping there are less hills. My guess though is that it will be generally up hill as we will be cycling upstream rather than downstream following the Thames.
Does make the Secret Santa difficult if you don't know the person - I feel quite lucky with my one.
Maybe the questions that will be posted will help - if she does pop back on.
Can you do a search on her username and read some of her latest posts?

180g macaroni - free on green.
cheese - 84g grated half fat mature cheddar (HEA each) with 1/2 tsp nutmeg + salt
sauce: 27g sauceflour (2.5 syns per person I think)
300ml very low fat yog(free) (stabilised by the flour so it doesn't curdle)
You don't need fat with sauceflour.
Any day will always be ok for me re swapboxesI try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

how about hte 6th then? You've got till tomorrow night ladies to register. But any later and it might as well be christmas, and that would be unfair on anyone who hung on so that they could play at christmas.
Vix, I looked for your swappee and her last post says that she is moving and might not have internet access for a while. given that we've got a good month to sort out i wouldn't worry yet - give it a couple of weeks and if we still don't hear from her I'll reshuffle.
Thanks Lois - can you tell me some raviolis that are free please? any brands and i usually shop at tesco. I do miss access to online syns but it's not worth £20 per month really.
got an ocado voucher for £15 off a £60 shop - which would put it in my budget for the week. Might see what this weeks shopping list comes out at over there. I get very excited about Waitrose , their stuff is just so good.
LOL Vix, that was my reaction to the bike ride. Is it just me who finds bike saddles decidedly uncomfortable? In, dare i say it, quite an intimate fashion?!0 -

Fine with me.Thanks Lois - can you tell me some raviolis that are free please? any brands and i usually shop at tesco. I do miss access to online syns but it's not worth £20 per month really.
Tesco's own brand ravioli - two varieties, are both free:
Ravioli in Tomato Sauce, canned, 400g can
Vegetable Ravioli in Tomato Sauce, canned , 400g can
Heinz meatfree ravioli, and Sainsbury's vegetable ravioli are also both free.
Waitrose don't do it.LOL Vix, that was my reaction to the bike ride. Is it just me who finds bike saddles decidedly uncomfortable? In, dare i say it, quite an intimate fashion?!
You do get used to it in time, and there are a couple of things that help - get a gel saddle, and avoid wearing anything with thick seams, such as jeans. You can buy cycling shorts with padding in *that* area (not very flattering though!).
