YAY BEANIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lois have you already bought your caravan? If you haven't already got one, the parentals have a hobby and it's ace, the gypsies all have them for a reason http://www.hobbycaravansuk.co.uk/hobby_caravan_details.asp?passinfo=Excellent&modelcode=540%20Ufe. It's gorgoeus and is really made for living in, rather than occasionally holidaying in.
OR what about this one . . . . i LIKE this one!

just did my ocado shop - quite liking the online shopping thing actually. It could grow on me whilst oh is at home. The voucher made it not much more expensive than a normal shop but it would have been about £10 more without - not including the things i could only get there . . . we're having roast guinea fowl for dinner on saturday! Quite a lot of stuff was the same price, most of the brands and lot of the veg, but some really silly stuff was expensive - diet 2l ginger beer twice the price!
Off for my bath now. good luck wit hte rest of the weigh ins folks!0 -

How do you do two quotes in one post -- please tell me in very simple language?
Hiya - if you're splitting up paragraphs from the same post, type [ / quote] at the end of the first bit, and [ quote] at the beginning of the next bit. I've put spaces after the [ but you don't need to.
You can also highlight the section of text you want to quote then click on the speech bubble icon.
I hope this makes sense.

for anyone who's got me for the swop box- I can't use any skin product, lotions soaps whatever: skin goes mental:o . I like spotty things (not skin:rotfl: ), strong colours rather than pastal if that's any help. Mind's gone blank now for anything else that might be helpful:D .I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0

Is a swop box a bit like a secret Santa?
Sorry I'm being a bit slow today

0.4kg loss this week. Fred, the swap box is very much like a secret santa, there's just no partuicular reason for it.
Pleased with that loss - there've been a few little hiccups along the way but i finally feel like I've got my sw head back on at last.0 -

The consultant has taken me off my horses tablets because it shows on the blood tests low white cells and high pottasium, fair enough but I can't get hold of her to ask her what to do next, hardly want to be without tablets, worried that the pain will return and I will be laid up as before, I know these docs are busy but it has been 5 days now:rolleyes:0 -

I'm definitely happy with that as I've not been great all week. I've also decided to change my WI to wednesday so I can get a true idea of weightlosses without the impact of a night out at the weekend.
Well done everyone who's lost/sts this week. :T

Morning everyone
My weight loss for this week is 5lbs lost. :T
Thank you so much for your support last week; I managed to drag myself out of the binge much sooner than usual. The 5lbs losss is a bit of a flook I think, as the week didn't start well, but I'm rejoicing in getting myself under control. I've got to be careful now as it's always a danger point when I've lost some weight - gotta keep on the case!
Have a good week everyone
