Also, of course, best of luck with your operation, shoulder op sounds like it could be quite complicated (hope I'm wrong?) Please make sure you look after yourself, and no hurrying back to your usual activities before you're allowed! Hope it all goes straightforward for you, and that you have a textbook recovery

I can sense a gain for the coming WI, dinner out monday, dinner out tues (thou did have ploughmans), just had a subway 'mega breakfast' and off on hol to blackpool tomorrow. So b&b full englishs and meals out.
Won't be able to weigh in til tues this week, so I'll be a day late, but still in time for the chart.

Raph have a good time in Blackie. I went a few times when the kids were younger, you heading there for the lights?? As I remember, it was so busy and packed, so grab a local map if your driving and make use of the side streets! And congrats on been SOTM

Thanks Missy, Vix and Bails, Vix I did mention it on Tuesday morning, and was promptly ignored :whistle: guess it wasn't exciting enough.I head to Tunisia on Wednesday for a week. The op is a shoulder reconstruction, having one or two artifical ligaments put in. It will be strapped for up for two weeks and no driving for at least three not looking forward to it.

Congrats on all the losses, its really inspiring. I was out for glasses wine last night. oops, so having a very good day today. Have switched from the charlie brooks dvd to the kate lawler as I find it much harder. Feel much better with all the exercise and water I have been drinking but not noticed any changes in body yet. Dont know how his will fit in around my new job that I start on Monday

can't decide which is nicer - vix's falt of lois's van - I think the island bed is an excellent idea if you are going to be living in it. Looks like a good kitchen setup too - mums only has a microwave which she finds quite restricting.

well, was totally back in the zone yesterday. . . . and went out for tapas. Baaaaaad move. Still, didn't make an excuse and have desserts and what have you, and back on track today. Meal was AMAZING, went out with a friend and had a girly trip to see the Duchess before going out. What a depressing film, but what pretty dresses!
