  • Hi all

For some reason I'm unable to post with my usual username so I'm using the one I normally keep for work purposes! I've emailed the webmaster, so hopefully I'll be back in my usual guise tomorrow.

Thanks for the chart GN, and well done Dragon and Ajax :T and everyone else.

I went to weigh in this morning only to discover the scales had been moved to the caravan, and as I didn't fancy nipping out to it in my jimjams I decided to leave it until tomorrow. I'm hoping I've stayed the same (the other option is a gain - I'm sure I haven't lost :(). Note to self - must get back on track....

On a completely different subject, has anyone noticed that another record was broken today:- 'Most users ever online was 12,037, Today at 4:55 PM'

    Have a good day.

    LL

Hi folks... glad to see so many of you doing well.

popping in to report an embarrassing :o4lb gain. Think maybe the comfort eating has started to kick in.

Ah well, I'd say there's always next week but I have a big night out on Saturday for a friend's birthday. Will do my best in the meantime.

    Have a good week everyone.

So that's where my expected STS or gain went, um sorry Delly!

    Hi,
I'm new to all of this so be gentle.........;)
I have lost 1 1/2 stone this year using Herbalife my husband 2 1/2 ( he has MS and can't exercise so it had to be diet alone for him)
Also I spend £200 a month on my Herbalife products but have saved £60 a week on my shopping, cutting out the extra rubbish. So I am at least £40 a month towards my debt.
    Works for me.............:T

Good to see you you Littlemo, are you still doing Herbalife? and being seriously disabled myself (though not MS I have chronic pain), could you and OH not have a mutually enjoyable exercise session :o?

  • morning all!

some great losses, and us gainers all seem to know where it's come from so thats good. Had my 'leaving lunch' yesterday and think i stayed good - green day so steak(2HEBs) cheesy mash(HEA), veg(free) and TGI fridays jd sauce - no idea of the syns on that one. Had a frustrating morning looking for a recipe i was sure i had - a bacon wrapped cod. OBviously that wouldn't be exactly difficult to do, but seem to recall something on the page that made me go hmmmmm, and can't remember what it was!

vix was thinking of you working to 12 when I walked around debenhams, 12 pm:eek: debenhams was crammed it was only 25% off after the xmas in the sales they give more % off than that but people were going mad, queues everywhere, shows how advertising cons the brain:rotfl: M&S are doing it today 20% off...

  • Hi everyone, woke up with a sore throat, upset tummy and very dizzy head this morning, just in time for my birthday tomorrow:mad: I was looking forward to a nice fish and chip dinner on the day but don't know if I will be able to enjoy it now as I feel so ill. Back to bed for me I think!

    My meals for today are:

Breakfast - oatsosimple with frozen blueberries and an orange (heb, hea + free, fee)

Lunch - homemade soup - onion, leek and potato (free) then back to bed

Dinner - Mushroom stirfry with heb chicken. (free)
I will be drinking some hot lemon and honey herbal teas throughout the day so I expect that will use up most of my syns
I will normally eat scan brans with yogurt in the evening so that can be my other heb.

    Love
    Marion

  • Hi guys! reporting a loss of 1.5 lbs this week!! So pleased :) Sorry am always late in reporting (class is last night now so never get the chance to report before this morning)... the half pound loss was last week's result grannynise, can this be changed, sorry? Feeling happier as just one pound away from a stone now, but know I have to kick start my exercising... :) Well done on losses and STS everyone!!!
:j Bring on the bargains!!!! :j
  • window why dont you just take the weigh in at class as a very very early weigh in for next weeks chart each week? it will still balance out over all, and i am sure there have bee other people who have done that before since class clashed with chart time here.

rob there are people here doing every type of diet/healthy eating/calorie counting under the sun.....someone will be along who can explain slimmign world and/or weight watchers to you, but did you ahve any specific questions? and welcome.
