London, like PCL says, Syns are a Slimming World thing - not unlike Weight Watchers Points.

Evening all. STS for me I'm afraid. I'm hoping that as it's my TOTM I might get a nice surprise next week.

Well done all the losers and co STSs!

I've got to pull all the stops out as I'm co organising a Glitz and Glamour night in a couple of weeks time for the girls (we all have kids in the same school), and I want to look stunning darling! I've got a longer term goal too as my bro has just announced that he is engaged and they are getting married in the summer.:T
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!
  • Hi,
I'm new to all of this so be gentle.........;)
I have lost 1 1/2 stone this year using Herbalife my husband 2 1/2 ( he has MS and can't exercise so it had to be diet alone for him)
Also I spend £200 a month on my Herbalife products but have saved £60 a week on my shopping, cutting out the extra rubbish. So I am at least £40 a month towards my debt.
    Works for me.............:T

    Wow Dragon:T another fab loss:A

Well done all the sts too and to everyone else for keeping at it:A

Good luck with the job hunts Victory and to BB's hubby, it does really get to you after a while doesn't it. I'm looking too, but thankfully we're not too desperate just now, plus there's lots I can do to increase my knowledge, and my NHS application forms take a few hours each:eek: so I'm busy enough.

I have been desperate for work at times in the past though, so I know just how soul-destroying it can be, looking and looking. Hope something comes up soon, for each of you!

Glitz and Glamour sounds fun tagz, and a wedding, now that's motivation!

Have you measured yourself fitorburst? I bet you've toned up and gained muscle with all the walking!

I joined SW last night, once I finally convinced myself no-one would laugh at or eat me, been mulling over it for a while, and it was actually quite nice there, lovely leader and everyone seemed quite human:rolleyes: . Just have to keep going now, I am sooo shy, it was really painful walking in :o. Haven't get my head around the plan yet, but the website seems quite helpful.

    ETA welcome litttlemo, xx

Jay, I have been going to SW for some time, and while I wouldn't call myself an expert I think I can safely say I know my way around it! I am always happy to help with any queries anyone may have on SW so if there is anything you are not sure of feel free to ask on here and I will do my best!

    Here's the chart .....
    i69elf.jpg

Despite protestations Ajax has to be a SOTW as he has recorded a loss of 7.5lbs. The Dragon is also SOTW with a fantastic 6.5lbs bringing her fire-breathing majesty up to a total of 17lbs this month so far.

Anyone care to bet on the SOTM?

PS I've hidden anyone who has not recorded a WI so far this month.... but have left the maintainers board alone as I wouldn't DARE to hide any of them. Does anyone know how Suggs is getting on?
