My cats are 19.
I am dreading the day when they are no longer around.
...Linda xxI'm alright, trying not to let the little things in life get to me... and be thankful for what I have. Sometimes it just feels like the universe is conspiring against me in small ways that add together... does anyone remember Stressed Eric? I feel like him sometimes.
<breathes deep and counts to ten>
I have a to do list as long as my arm (I won't bore you further), and a transport problem, no idea how I am going to get to work anymore, OH has been driving me and Elliot (in my car) and then going on to work but it makes him late - nursery doesn't open till 8 so can't be earlier. Buses - no, too far along the bus route and are mostly full by the time they get here. Walking - this depends on being ready pretty bloody early! Cycling...? £££ for bike and baby seat.....
Sorry! Bet you wish you hadn't asked
But it's Saturday night, tehre's a pizza in the oven, the X factor is on soon, and I have a new toy to play with (to get me organised, HA HA HA HA )
19 is fab for a cat but it must get harder each year as you know they can't live forever...0 -

Hi Gemmz, how are you today?
I have rented Sex and the city film and got a free bar of galaxy with the rental. I have wine chocolate and a good movie (I hope)........what more could I ask for:D
Mike has just gone out with his friend so I can totally please myself.
Will be putting my PJs on soon to continue the party theme............party on dudes:cool:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
ooooooh, my foot hurts
When I was teaching on Tuesday I think I overstretched a tendon or something on the top of my foot and it's so painful
It's like a burning sensation when I walk for more than 10 minutes and then it throbs for hours afterwards
It feels like someone stood on my foot very hard with a very pointy stilleto.
I'm keeping dosed with anti-inflammatories and I really hope it is better for Tuesday night, I don't fancy gritting my teeth through 2 hours of walking around in pain."Stay Wonky":D

I have totally let my budgeting slip since I came back from holiday and with not knowing what was happening with my job things have been left to slip.
I have not kept my spending diary since June and I know we are spending far too much on takeaways and fun nights out.........time to get back in the driving seat again. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
