  • ta Louise. It seems to clear up during the day and as soon as I walk on it for more than 10-15 minutes it flares back up again. I've had a couple of pain killers and I've got a large glass of red wine so hopefully that will sort it out for this evening.

  • I have done hampers in the past Lou-mainly in the guise as a beauty consultant-and you can get the hampers/cellophane from craft or florist supplies places.

  • Ouch BB - hope it sorts itself out soon. No more dancing round the kitchen in your classes in the meantime ;)

Lou- know the feeling, I've had a bit of a payday blow-out this month so need to get a grip on things again.

Am not drinking anything tonight - too much wine last week and too much beer last night, so making do with 'nice' juice (fresh orange with elderflower cordial is quite tasty).

Gawd I'm sleepy, had an amazing tea though. Monkfish is the best food ever, on a par with scallops and mango chilli crisps (which I've recently discovered, omg yum)
