Sorry to hear about your worries re your sister... tricky one, i wish i had some advice but nothing that hasn't been said already.

Re the family thing, i so know how you feel, i'm nearest georgraphically and do loadsa everyday stuff for mum but the minute any one of my bros or sister do anything, they're the angels! grrr so frustrating....!
