Redruby, thank you for the tip - I have got each of the 2 new designs of Cath Kidston bags

And yes, what a lovely idea - when you feel better & I am not rushing to get there & back in 3 hours, I'll come for a cuppa (and a twink???)

Dinner is nearly ready, kiev chips and peas

Just did a post and it vanished, just to say I have prepped YS
managed to finish some of my post below, Don't know what's going on !!0 -
Afternoon all
As expected it was WW3 at work today, still maybe things will get sorted now.
Mummysaver, was you who said about the school nurse looking at DD's ankle, we only have first aiders at our school, though most of the kids & parents think we are all qualified nurses, we have strict rules about what we can & cannot do, these boil down to us not really being able to do anything for anybody. We get kids turning up asking for x-ray, slings, crutches et al.
I'm babysitting tonight, so better get a move on.
Hugs Hester

Hi everybody,
Many thanks for good wishes, the patient has had carotid xrays today and is also having a skull one later on in the hope that they can determine if the plate in his skull is metal or not...done in 1968 while he was in US army and we don't have his medical records so I have sent off for them to-day, even if they are irrelevant to his current problem they will be useful to have. They have also set him up with another 24 hour monitor so he will have a wonderful 24 hours! Still not able to say what he wants to all the time, but is in fairly good spirits so that will help him too...some of the nurses are Asian so I would say that there is great fun when he switches from Irish to English and back again, all in half a minute!
Tiler rang earlier to know if we would rather put off the tiling...last thing I want to do as I think it is better to get it done while Ulick is not here to be hassled by the whole thing, so he is coming at all hours to-morrow and will finish on Saturday.
Have a good evening all, hugs to all in need or want

I've tried 3 times to finish my post but it vanishes
Have typed quite a bit but think I'll give up.
Condensed version. YS pork escalops, roast peppers, mushrooms, leeks and salad prepped for dinner, oh and salad and will bake a Camembert to pur over pork.
Will post about DB2 and DD2 tomorrow when the Gremlins aren't about.0 -
Evening, I've been and had my hair trimmed again, with the trainee hairdresser, I'm really pleased especially as it only cost me a tip
Very OS
Cooking chicken wrapped in bacon for tea, with cauli cheese and chips. Just realised whilst typing this that we had chicken last night...oops. Oh well, I'm not eating it as I'm going for a chinese all you can eat buffet. Once again I'm using My Mate Moski, although the hardest part is deciding which dishes will fit in to cook multiple things.
Off for a shower and try to make myself look presentable.

Morning :hello:
OH (he doesn't deserve a name on here at the moment, so OH it is) is driving me insane, wish he'd eff off back to work. Had a row last night with him going on about how much he'd done for me in the last hour (!) and me pointing out that I've been up 3 hours before him every day this week (it's normally only an hour and a half  ), sorting washing, tidying etc.
I've been up since 3.30am  I'm back to not sleeping again.
Not sure what's happening today, our friend (well HIS friend at the mo - I want nothing to do with anything that's to do with him lol), rang to say that the pig is now slaughtered, so we'll probably go to pick it up.
I took to doing the..

CELYON, For goodness sake slow down, I thought I was busy until I read what you do  36 hrs and still working, makes me look like a Sloth

You certainly can do without OH's ex but as you are such a caring person I'm not in the least supprised that you are hoping all works out for her. :A0 -
Mummysaver
Funny you should mention the pointy hat as when I was stirring the conconction yesterday I used a large dark grey stock pot that did look rather like a cauldron!!!!
Decided my hair was now looking "mad" rather than just eccentric so treated myself to a hairdo and a smart bob while I was in York - even DH noticed when I got back!!!!!
Finally found some gorgeous "tinkerbell" pjs in lilac in the "Disney Store" and decided to treat her to them.
She actually likes them!!!!!"This site is addictive!"
