Well I have received mine this evening and initial testing reveals it to be fine for watching sport thank god. It comes in a fairly large box and has all the cables that you require bar the scart cables. Loads of different connections available which I'm sure will make the techies happy. I am no guru when it comes to TVs but the display looks fine to me and at least as good as my 24" Sony Trinitron ProLogic TV that is currently residing in the living room (9yrs old). I am not a fan of GIANT TVs in living rooms as I think they look a bit 'council house' or chav but thats just my personal opinion. We have a 24'x16' living room and I'd say the size is perfect for us. Sound is great. The build quality is just that ie 'pure quality' it looks tres cher for such a bargain! A funky remote with blue lighting on the buttons....
All in all I am well pleased with it and propose it to be the bargain of the year!.Happiness is wanting what you have, not having what you want.

Got to agree with bobdauilda, received mine first thing sat morning, fine for watching sport, movies etc the picture isnt the sharpest when close up but from my experience looking at lcd they never are, once your sat in your seat you will hardly notice.
This picture quality isnt going to be as a good as a unit costing upwards of £800 but this is great value for money and was better than i expected for the £363 minus 5% quidco cashback.
Comes in a massive box and is heavier than i expected but looks fantastic and very good build quality no crappy plastic pieces in sight, will smarten anyones front room, bedroom kitchen instantly. Like many others size was an issue and didnt know it would be big enough for the living room however now i think its perfect and a bigger size (30" upwards) may look a bit over the top. Quality stylish remote control with blue lighting tops it off.
Comes with loads of cabling and wires (no scart cables though) and there seems to be a lot of different connections at the back including 2 scart sockets.
Overall well pleased, great value for money, now thinking about about buying another for the spare room/office.
Anybody know how much the wall bracket would cost me?0 -

seems more than reasonable to me!0 -
Does the LCD arrive with a plastic sheet over it to protect it from any shipping damage?0

I clicked the button and ordered one. I'd rather have to go through the hastle of returning it if it's not as good as I hoped, than going to order and them being out of stock!0

As far as I know, you have 7 days to inform them from date of signing for the package, I think they charge the courier return fee (Around £13?).
That is based on the theory the TV is fine, a whole different ball park if it is faulty!0 -
Anyone have any ideas as to what the average lifespan is for LCD TVs?0

Dell sell a wall bracket for this Tv and they told me its £47.00 but not sure if I will get one as the stand looks good as well, ordered mine and will decide about the wall bracket when the Tv gets delivered.0
