just out of curiosity, how soon did you finish the form? is this your only choice? I also put down Gleneagles for any dates too, but received a room in Italy in 18/November which I can't go.

I'm not replying to you anymore, your posts are just taking the thread off topic.

Going back to the purpose of the thread, am leaving for Prague on Tuesday morning ... complete with nice warm coat and hat with little cat ears! Will report back on the hotel.

I was online before the sale started at 3pm ready to submit my form as soon as it went active so did complete it fairly quickly. Just put down for Gleneagles, any dates, then submitted the form. Did you put down a 2nd choice or did they just offer you Italy?? Reading through this forum I am realising how lucky I was! It is so unlike me, I have only ever won £10 on the lottery once! perhaps I better start doing it again maybe my luck is changing......

I am grateful to LHW for this, I certainly could only have afforded 2 nights at Gleneagles at their normal rates!.
