Barclaycard login broken?

Just resurrecting this thread because I can identify with the posts on here. I am having no luck trying to use the online service today.

Iv now been trying to login for every night for the last week, I am putting in the right login details!!! When I call them to try an make a payment I get someone in a different world!? Im now getting charged for a late payment! AARRRHHH!!!

For the third time i have got login failed on barclaycard. Then have to ring to reset.
Works for few days and then fails.
I cant put wrong details in as it is set to look at through my bank so never have to type passwords. So how can it fail. Went straight to site and tried but same.
Getting very annoyed with them now as its hubbys card but i del with all our banking and they now wont speak to me even though he authorised them to last time.
Anyone else still having these problems.

I have been unable to log in for about 3 weeks now, and can get no answer from Barclaycard other than DENIAL that there is any problem at all.

I've wasted a LOT of money speaking to people on the phone. One of whom told me in broken English that he would have to terminate the call because he could not help me.

I went in to the branch to try and pay my bill, and was told I could not pay there without a payment slip. I don't have one since they requested I go 'PAPERLESS'.


I made my payment over the automated phone service, however I have no way of seeing if this went through or not, nor will I recieve any notification due to being paperless.


I wonder how much money they've made from all the charges tget will now reap from people unable to login to make their monthly payments?


I wanted to cancel my Barclays bank account due to similar problems, and their inability to keep my account balance up to date. (ie Telling me I have £300 in there when I actually have £20. Luckily I keep a track of my finances, but could easily have withdrawn that amount and been stung. However I kept my account, and kept my Barclaycard.

When this is solved, and I've transferred my balance I'll be leaving Barclays and Barclaycard for good.

Well i resolved my problem, it was locked because i had tried to do a balance transfer and they wouldnt do it because they wanted more information. Well no where did it tell me that was why. So if i had never phoned to see i would never have known. How stupid.
