Barclaycard login broken?

Lol. Just phoned them now (00.45am) - got to the Indian call centre, and before anything he read out a standard speech "we can't access any account information...blah blah" - I interrupted him and said, "ah yes, I'm phoning to ask about the lack in net access for the past week". Seems like there's one monumental cockup as he said they've been told to start any answer with that "we can't access.." speech, as pretty much every call is about the lack of net access..
Got the usual line of "try again after 6am tomorrow"...0 -
I know this doesn't help those of you who are having problems, but just to point out that it seems not to be affecting everyone. I managed to log in yesterday afternoon and tonight without any trouble...0

After 7 days & 4 e-mails I finally got a reply...
Please accept my apologies for the delay in replying.
I'm sorry to learn that you have experienced problems logging in to our
online service.
We are aware that some customers have experienced intermittent issues with our website over the last few days. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
I can assure you that this matter is being investigated and will be
resolved as soon as possible.
In other words a bog standard reply e-mail. I especialy like the phrase "intermittent issues". How about 100% total lockout and we don't really care.0 -
Hi,
Can anyone get the "Barclays SecureCode" thing to work either?
Whenever I try it says it is not a valid card.
Thanks
P.S. I can login to Barclaycard online fine, and can see my account.0 -
I suggest everyone makes a formal complaint to the Financial Ombusman. I e-mailed them and they sent me a link for formal complaints. It's a Word or PDF document (half way down the page) which is meant to be posted but I've just filled it in and attacheed it to an email.

After 10 days of frustration e-mails and phone calls to Customer Services I spoke to a UK guy who advised me to de register (he did that) and re register. It worked!! I now can log in with no trouble and without much delay. Their overseas call centre is rubbish

What is the UK phone number for Barclaycard. I don't want to ring India again.
Thanks0 -
A word of thanks is in order to those who have suggested the 'Forgotten Your ID' method. Tried it this morning and it worked fine for me.
Then tried the normal login route...still broke  .
At least there is a 'back door' route in. Shame Barclays don't advise users on this....or maybe they haven't discovered it yet....he says tongue in cheek

I wouldn't bother with any of the available numbers as sooner or later you seem to end up back with 'customer services'.
I've given up with phone calls and emails, I know it sounds like taking a hammer to break a nut but I'm writing a letter to the chief executive (I figure it should trickle down the ladder until it reaches somebody who'll deal with it).
The man in charge is called Mr Antony Jenkins (see here for details).
The registered office address is:
1 Churchill Place,

The switchboard telephone number for the registered office is:
