Barclaycard login broken?

I just noticed this morning I can now log in using my Identity number for first time with no error message. ie. my ID no is finally been recognised once again.
Previously, I'd been using the 'Forgotten ID' procedure to get around the problem.
So does this mean they have fixed the problem last night?0 -
I've just tried to get in (11.05)...and success for the first time. I also seem to have got a £5 refund. It just says "refund"...no indication who it is from, so I assume it's Barclaycard.
I still urge everyone to write to the boss and complain very loudly and to the Financial Ombudsman. 2 weeks without access is appaling.

I'm a Morgan Stanley customer who still hasn't received his Barclaycard yet. Fortunately the Morgan Stanley card is still working, but obviously can't login to my old or new accounts. Not only that, I can't get through to Barclaycard on the phone.

Try phoning the numbers in my Reply #70 above. These are not India so should be easier to get hold of and understand. I suggest you try office hours.0

For all of those that have wasted 8p a minute contacting barclaycard then don't forget to send in a copy of your phone bill to Anthony Jenkins along with your complaints.0

I managed to log on to both Barclaycard and Barclays.co.uk yesterday without drama. Makes a nice change from the past couple of weeks!0

I am still unable to login to Barclaycard accounts and have been unable to login since early September this year after years and years of no problem. I was told then, that they had this computer glitch but all will be cleared up in 2-3 weeks so I waited till I returned form our annual visit back to Scotland before trying again. Nothing had changed! I got so frustrated, I gave up.
I was making all the phone calls all at my expence! I was put on hold so many times only to find the line went dead!
I tried again recently. Everything just the same except the one young lady took pity and has called me. She has flagged me up as a problem to their computer tech department - but I am sure they did that in September. The site doesnot accept what I type.
The odd thing is that today I got to my accounts from my old, dusty, tower computer running Windows 98SE and Internet Explorer 6 (I'm currently on a Vista laptop & IE8 - was on IE7 whan I first tried).
Can anyone throw some light on what I might look into to fix it myself. I have checked my security and I am bang up to date0
