    Hi there MoneyFritter
I was at home all weekend with a cold, and spent most of yesterday reading all of your diary! I have subscribed if that's ok, because you've made it all look so easy, the debt-busting, the weight loss, and most importantly the colouring in!!
You've made so much progress and I just wanted to pop in and wish you well!

    Hi Poorbutrich,

Thanks for popping in, feel free to anytime you want.

Thanks for the comments. I appreciate them.

It is not easy, it is really hard sometimes and you feel like giving up. But then I remember how I got into this mess at the begining and you realise that you have to keep going.

    Hi Folks,

Well I posted another amazon book off today. So hopefully I will recieved about another £10 profit.

I have started doing some decorating this morning, I am trying to get the small bedroom finished.

I have stopped for dinner which was bacon cous cous with peas and tomatoes and cucumber. It is all just mixed in really.

Up until now I have just had plain boring cous cous, which really does not have any flavour.

However, the other day I got a free pack of cous cous with easy cooking. It was one of ansileys own brand, spicy cous cous and it was really nice.

So today I experimented to try and create my own.

Bowski if you are reading this try this one it is much better.

Cook the cous cous (50g per person) in about 150ml of hot water with 1 veg stock cube in, 1tsp of chilli powder and 1tsp of mild curry powder. That should take about 5-10 mins. All the water should be absorbed into the cous cous. Any excess can be drained off.

Then cook 2 rashers of bacon per person and finely chop some tomato and cucumber. Cook 50g of frozen peas. Then mixed all the ingredients together and serve.

Miles better than my original one. See how you like that bowksi.

    Take care

Glad to be of help poorbutrich. You might want to add a few more bits if you are not having bacon. Although I do find cous cous very filling anyway.

    Hi Poorbutrich,

I have sold a few books on amazon, but it is going slowly. I have got a lot of non-fiction books. They do tend to sell better than fiction. Also if you have text books for uni and stuff, they normally sell well if they are fairly upto date.

When I was an uni, I accumulated a few chemistry text books. Fortunately I know which ones will sell and which ones won't. However, with other subjects I haven't got a clue.

    Hi everybody,

Well my streak of 4 NSD's in a row ended yesterday. I met up with an old friend from my old job. It was good to see her. Only spent about £4, but it all counts. Hopefully I will have a NSD today.
