    Hi Folks,

Well I managed to get all my items complete on my list before I went to work, which was pleasing. Hopefully work goes fast.

    Hi everybody,

    Had a busy morning today.

I am working again 2-10 today so this morning I managed to get a food plan done for the week and go food shopping. I also did my scratchcards.

Just had another great lunch recipe out of Gill Holcombe's book.

It was bacon and mushroom noddles with parsley, it was lush and only took about 10 mins to make.

    Hi Everybody,

Went for a run this morning and did a workout, really determined this week, no alcohol whatsoever, which to be fair is my biggest downfall, and of course chinese. :rotfl:

Just doing some boring clothes washing and going to make my tea for later, as I am on 2-10 shifts again today. However, I am off tommorow and tuesday. However, no rest for the wicked as I need to do some more decorating.

Just ordered a few freebies off the forum, including some dove shampoo, so I will see what that is like when it arrives.

Well better go and get sorted.

    Take care

    Hi All,

Well busy first hour in work, just sat down for a cuppa and a check on the cricket score, England doing well.

Did another survey this morning for 50 lightspeed points.

Also got an e-mail from Valued opinions asking if they could install software and monitor internet usage for 6 months. You get £2 if you qualify and complete the first survey and install the software and then another £3 after six months. Don't know if I like the idea of installing software from a company to mointor stuff. Anybody, done this before, and if so is it ok?

    Morning all,

Well I managed another NSD for sunday. However, I nearly didn't. Had a rubbish day on my 2-10 shift in work and tried to buy a bottle of wine or some beer on the way home. However, nowhere was open, so couldn't
