Sounds interesting moneyfritter. I hope it saves you plenty of dough! I have no idea where I'd get my hands on one but I'll ask about!
Also the NSD thing... I don't count my payments a day or my direct debits...that'd make it pretty impossible wouldn't it!!
The amount you have paid off already is fantastic and that DFD is just going to keep coming down... well done. I hope you're proud of yourself!
Hope you have a lovely weekendInitial Debt July 2020 - £6,772.80

Hi Folks,
Busy day again today. I am posting late today as I have been testing out my wattson kit. It is good and I am just getting the hang of it. Hopefully start using it tommorow.
Anyway today I did the following:-
1) I made 76.87 today from matched betting. This takes my total for 'Make £5 a day in Jan' to £129.20. My target was £120. I set it low as I was not sure how I would get on. So I think I will increase it to £240, which is 'Make £10 a day in Jan'. Lets see if I can keep up the good work.
2) I managed to pay an extra £10 off my visa card today as well. I have updated my signature.
3) I managed to save 1x20p today. Total updated in signature.
4) I also managed to save 35p in 1p,2p,5p and 10p. Total updated in signature.
5)I managed to spend £17.52 on grocerys today, bringing my total for the Jan grocery challenge to £77.53/£90, leaving me £12.47 for the rest of the month. It is going to be tight.
6) Did not manage a NSD today as spent at lunch time and on shopping.
Take care

Hi Folks,
Hope everybody is well.
Today has been quite busy.
I found 40 euro's in a box of papers. Must of been money I forgot to exchange back in from a holiday about two years ago. However, when I went to the post office to trade them back to pounds, the woman explained that they were only worth £25. So I think I will just keep them for now.
I also managed to pay off another £36.88 towards my visa card today.
I did not managed to make anymore money today, although I still have got some more matched betting winnings to come into my account. Not too displeased as I am already miles ahead for the month.
I did not manage a NSD today as I had to nip out this morning and buy a new computer desk/hideaway set-up from argos.
Anyway better go take care

Excuse me for butting in but I was on the post office's website and you should get a lot more for the 40 euros. The exchange rate between euros and pounds is hardly noticable!Smile more often, it's FREE :hello: Live on £4000 for a year stalker!0 -
Hi Buzzbox, I thought that as well. I thought it was about 1:1 at the moment. However, I think that is if you convert pounds into euro's. I think if you convert them back it is a different rate of exchange.

Hi Folks,
Hope everybody has had a good weekend.
I was meant to be going out for a walk today with my girlfriend. However, the weather was not up to much so we went looking for beds, as I am desperate for one. Found some good bargains, I wil most probably go back on tuesday and order one.
Anyway today I managed to:-
1) Pay a further £16.56 off my visa card. I have updated my signature.
2) Save 60p in my 1p,2p,5p and 10p. I have updated my signature.
3) Save 1x20p in my 20p. I have updated my signature
I did not get chance today join the bingo sites were you can earn at least 10p per day with the free daily scratchcard. Hopefully I will get around to doing that on monday or tuesday. I am also hoping to post some books on amazon this week. I will keep everybody informed.
The wattson is going well. The power usage of certain appliances is interesting. The shower, and heaters use loads of energy. The trouble is that I find myself looking at every bit of energy I use. What do they say, 'boys and there toys' :rotfl:
Anyway take care everybody
Night night

Hi Folks,
Finally managed to make a PAD this morning on my barclaycard as the site was up and running again. I paid a further £18.23 off it. This payment will be yesterdays payment. I will try and make another payment later. I have updated my signature. I am pleased with how things are going at the moment. Just got to keep it up and not run out of steam.

Evening all, or should I say morning.
Well another productive day today.
I have managed to:-
1) Pay a further £10 off my visa card. I have updated my signature.
2) Saved a further £0.36 in 1p,2p,5p and 10p.
3) Saved a further £0.80 in 20p.
4) I have also joined chit chat bingo and done the free daily scratchcard and won 10p.
5) I have also joined take a break bingo and done the free daily scratchcard and won 50p.
I still have lots more things to do, but I think it is time to go to bed. Sometime this week I need to put some books on amazon, do some daily clicks and some surveys and join dooyoo and slice of the pie. Oh and somehow fit in my matched betting.
Anyway goodnight everybody.
Happy saving
