Woops, Sunday for the craft fair, thought it was Saturday for some reason!

Carrie wore Dior Extremes for her 'big' wedding where she didn't get married, i think! Are they the ones she bought and randomly put in the closet Big built her?

Dinah - That winds me up too! There are some people who come on, start a diary, keep on spending (defeats the point!) then wander off. The thing I like is, I feel like I have a bunch of people to report back too if I was to buy something silly and un-needed!

I thought they were brill shoes! Have printed them out to stick on a make-shift money box to put money in so I may one day be able to afford copies of them! LOL!

I'm so glad you found Debenhams vouchers, it's brilliant when things like that happen, I'm sure you'll get some great clothes and you'll feel confident and happy for your interview!

ETA: isn't Debenhams having a sale at the minute?

It was decided last night that we'd go on Sunday as it is best for my friend. I prefer Sundays as it is less hectic!

I was thinking that these were the ones that lived in the wardrobe of dreams, they must be something special as they are loads more expensive than the other Manolos!

Definitely! I know that different things are important to different people though and I'm sure people would say if I was really serious about becoming DF I could be more strict. Which is true, but I'd be totally miserable... I'm working on the theory that I may have debts for an extra 6 months or so, but I'll be 100% happier while I'm paying them off.

I'm still in awe of the way you've tackled your debts, but it wouldn't work for me for a number of reasons. I guess that's why I'm spending the next fortnight in rainy Brighton while you're cuddling camels in the sunshine! :rotfl:

On my last hot in the sun holiday there were camels, you get to feed them cactus!

I have enough for my Pashley :j Well, £940. Which means I could buy it and still have the £500 I wanted left in. Waiting until next Friday when I can put the last £60 in so I can see the pretty 1k for a few seconds, then I'll be going bike shopping

I got myself a pair of Manolos once (pre debt) but decided I didn't have a flash enough life to wear them! So sold them on again for more than I bought them for! Most expensive pair in my cupboard now were only £260, but got them for £180. 6" heels and the most comfy pair of shoes I own. I have no quarms about investing in shoes (she says, looking down at her £11 M & S kids silver ballet pumps)

Wowsers! I still think £180 is a lot for shoes, I'm obviously not a shoe girl...

btw, I've just been catching up on this morning's posts - Cinny, your birthday sounded lovely Different to a lot of people's 18ths, but definitely in a good way! Well done on the Pashley fund too!

What are the shoes like you got for 'only' £180? I need a bit of shoe !!!!!!! Considering how much I love posh expensive shoes I don't think I own any that cost more than £100, well, one pair of £130 boots but I've had them for 5 years, my Mum bought me them and boots don't count! I think that I 'deserve' (;))fab shoes for my wedding considering I've never really splashed out a crazy amount of money on some frivolous shoes!
