Thinking of lowering my target to £800, then aim for £1000 by the end of April. Sadly most of my savings are pinned down for things already, £350 for OHs laptop (bought on my Mums argos CC, her idea as she said it's better earning me interest at the moment) then £100 for the caravan. Trying not to think of that though!

Mine are supposed to be too Cinny. Everything that goes in my A&L account is supposed to be for non-regular things like car tax and holidays and such, but once I've got it in savings I hate to take it back out so end up making myself super-skint by trying to pay for extras out mf my current account money. Onve I transfer that £2k to my ISA though then I really won't be able to use it and will have nothing spare!

Love your new pic btw, they are so cute!

It's just a spontaneous car issue, being all Italian and tempermental.

No word off NIM, either it's going fine or some so and so in one of the scary areas he's going to knicked his phone!

Try saying to him if he can't treat them as he treats his own, to put them neatly on the bed/desk for you to hang up, although girl clothes really aren't confusing enough that men can't hang them up, no matter what they say! NIM is just the same with clothes, they seem to get him in a panic so he puts the ironing on the floor instead of somewhere I'd notice it like the bed, then it all needs doing again! He also gets a bit obsessive on folding when he does the ironing, absolutely everything gets folded into the tiniest parcels, and most of it needed hanging, so it has to go through the process again! Not complaining though, I don't have time to iron so grateful he does it! In time he will learn not to fear The Hangers.

At least your savings will pay for these things, if you hadn't saved the money you'd be struggling to pay for them so it's still good and at least you've earned a little interest too! I think you'll smash £1000 by the end of April, just stop buying socks and jammies!

This morning has dragged, I can't wait for lunch as I'm starving, and it means that the afternoon is here and I can go home soon!

I've just been trying to find Paris Hilton's new scrapbook range online but I can't find any decent pictures, just shots of the launch... I want to see how pink and sparkly the stuff is! I'm not her biggest fan but I think that if she is championing scrapbooking then it'll make it a little less sad in the eyes of a lot of people! And it's sure to be really girly lovely stuff!

I really don't want to take the money for the holiday out - means my interest rates drop! Was thinking of saving the money for the caravan in my CA so I don't have to touch my savings till November. At least we're in the right state of mind that savings = general no go. Just nice to know they're there!

Thanks, I made those ages ago, to cheer my sister up for a reason I can't remember! Made a sponge cake yesterday, can't wait to get home and have a slice after tea. So hungry now!

LOL! I wonder if they have hypnotherapy for that phobia?

I have such a small wardrobe and so many clothes that ironed items come out looking like I haven't bothered because they've been so squashed in!

Hmmm, you may be on to something there. I think we have a niche market. We could make millions from women sending their men. And the OCD men sending the women so they don't have to tidy up in the first place!

LOL Tete, that's like me! I have a slightly bigger wardrobe now but my old one was tiny. I never bothered to iron things before putting them away because it was a waste of time! I like that wrinkled look anyway... that's what I tell myself at any rate!

LOL! I'm pretty sure that OH would send me to every workshop going! And I'd be dragging him along!;)

Just remembered I have wednesday off work for the bed coming, be nice to have a day off but it means a low wage packet next week. Might be balanced out by birthday money though (which I've promised will all go into savings, hand on heart!)

The Paris Hilton range sounds good Birdie, I have a feeling it will either be really cute or just horrible!
